Very happy with the quality of TV. At first I wasn’t sure to buy this TV but I am a satisfied customer.

We love our new Sony TV. It has a great picture and the controller is really cool with the extra buttons. With one stroke you can get Utube, Netflix, Disney+ or Prime Video. We hadn't bought a new Smart TV for over 10 years so guess there's a lot of new technology now. Best Buy is the BEST place to buy a TV with all the choices, good prices and very knowledgeable sales people. Our delivery was right on time & worry free. We always buy at Best Buy!!!

Great TV!! Wish it was a bit better for gaming refresh rate wise but no lag and if anything I know to get a monitor too

This tv is an excellent purchase. I have always purchased sone tv's and last purchased one about 5 years ago. It was outdated as they now have tv's with 4k and are considered smart tv's. Now I am able to connect all of my updated additions to my favorite tv. This tv picture quality is fantastic and I am very satisfied. I am having the geek squad come in and do a professional set up and will update afterwards.

Let me start with a little bit of background. A couple years ago I purchased a Vizio M-series based on online critic reviews. All of the online TV review sites raved about how it was the best bang for the buck and had features not available in its price range. Things like local dimming etc. Well blah blah blah, that television never impressed me. Bland. When that TV went out (my fault) I was actually happy. I had my heart set on a Sony based on reputation. Let me tell you this TV does not disappoint! I can see why the Sony name is legendary in the TV world. Like all televisions a whole lot of the quality is also based on the source. 4K YouTube looks so ridiculous its like you are inside the video. Some cable channels obviously look better than others based on how premium or high def they are. The Google/Android interface is so slick and seamless. So well designed and loaded that I gave someone my Roku. To add to how impressive this TV is.....Im in a TINY bedroom sitting 4 feet from this 65" Television. Way too close to a set this size. I should see all sorts of pixels and imperfections at this range but I DO NOT. That is nuts. Don't even get me started on the color. THE COLOR ABSOLUTELY POPS on this set. Although not a popular opinion, I actually like the "soap opera effect". I like slick smooth 60fps lifelike movements vs 24fps cinema. While this is only a 60hz display and Ill never get the soap opera in full effect, the image processor is so good that after a couple lite adjustments I was able to satisfy that craving enough. Let me also mention that all picture adjustments happen on the screen as you make them so you can make real time comparisons. The remote is a dream. It sinked up automatically to every piece of equipment I have from my sound bar to my cable box.. The only downside is build quality. The screen is nice and thick. It doesn't bend to the touch and go all multi-color if you apply pressure. But the back and edges are shockingly thin plastic that I feel like I could pull off with my bare hands. I have it mounted on a full motion wall mount and I worry every time I move the television around. In closing I love this television. The Sony name is what it is for a reason. The quality is there. Now if I could just get the Sony bot on this site to mention the processor and voice remote my review will be complete........

Great picture. Love the fact I can login with my google account. Only drawback is that it sometimes freezes and I have to restart it but it is a rare occurrence.

I've owned this TV for about a month and so far I'm very happy with it. Picture quality is very good, though I wish it were a little brighter. Not a big deal though, I can simply draw the curtains closed to darken the room a bit. Sound quality is also very good, I don't feel the need to rush out and buy a sound bar. Fit and finish is excellent and the unit seems to be well-built and solid. Physical setup was pretty easy, the legs just snap into place. Plug in the power cord, put the batteries in the remote and you're ready. I seem to be missing a cable tie that wasn't included in the parts kit, but it wasn't really needed anyway. Be aware that the panel is fairly heavy and until the legs are secured, there is a risk of tipping. Follow Best Buy's advice and don't go it alone! Setting up wifi and Google home and signing into apps probably took another half hour or so. Once everything was set up, I did need to make some color adjustments as it seemed way too saturated and a bit too magenta right out of the box. After this was dialed in, though, I found the picture quality to be excellent (we watch mainly Netflix and some sports). Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. I had Best Buy deliver to my home, which saved me the hassle (and risk) of transporting it home from the store. Highly recommend delivery for larger panels.

It just keeps getting better. I have been a Sony loyal customer for more than 40 years. My first TV was a 32” Sony Trinitron. That TV lasted for more than 20 years. There was nothing wrong except my husband could not hook up his game. He convinced me to move to a flat screen so it had to be a Sony. We have a 55”, 65” and recently added an 85” (all Sony)

Love this TV, picture is crystal clear and works great. Only giving it a 5 star because we did buy a sound bar, because the speakers are not that great

Overall, it's a great TV. I got the 65 inch and I love the size. Good picture quality and colors. The only issue is that when the screen is showing a very dark scene, there is some uneven backlight cloudiness. So when the screen is black on my TV the top left corner has a cloudy looking lighter area. But I've really only noticed it playing video games and I think I need to turn the brightness up anyhow then cause the games get too dark to see anything.
