The support I’ve received with both setting up my new TV and my new lap top were impressive! They also got my existing printing working and responding to my phone and laptop. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I greatly appreciate the help I received

Seems to be a quality television. The only problem we have had is with the USB port as the cord keeps loosening up at the plug and we lose the sound when it does? We are using the correct port, according to the set up instructions.

Great Tv love it!! only negative is that the tv remote doesn't use bluetooth for the power button which was a problem with my install as its mounted in a wall behind a frame.

So glad we got this and kudos to the installers- they came early and actually had to take the first TV back (pixel issue). But they got a new one and came right back. We’re 100% satisfied!

I bought this TV and I did ship it in Europe, this TV works perfect in Europe with 220V I didn’t have any issues and I plugged in directly in 220V More than happy and nice price

Overall a very good television however the set up can be a little difficult to navigate and the remote is very sensitive to touch.

Bought this TV because we got the same 2020 model last year for our basement and it works great, but this one is already having lines through the middle of the screen and bright lighting at the bottom. Extremely disappointed!!!

Bought this tv before Before I bought the t v in my bedroom which wasn't insignia. The insignia t v went out already. Love this Sony TV no problems with it. Still running strong with a great features to go with it.

Couldn’t wait to watch this bad boy! But this is what I got! Needed for get together but none in stock and I only buy Sony. Wasn’t given much of a choice. Exchanged for new one. Now I have to wait another week! Let’s hope the new one isn’t a piece of junk!!!

The worst tv I have ever purchased. The tv leaks light in the corner making anything in letterbox mode borderline unwatchable. Sony will not warranty the tv. I purchased in December and my Best Buy return period has expired. Very disappointed.
