I love this TV. I have own Vizio, Panasonic, Sanyo and Samsung tvs. All 4k tvs all pretty high on their respective models and none have the picture quality of the Sony Bravia X85K. When I first turned the TV on the picture quality scared me. I thought I had made a huge mistake. The picture quality was not that good, more along the lines of a $200 tv with no options. Once the AI got up to speed the image surprised me. It rivals real life. Super clear, no motion blur, no fuzziness around people or objects. A super clear, realistic picture that is almost too good. To me it really is just one click shy of being real life. The on board sound system isn't bad and has software that setups the sound quality for the room u place it in. Making the Dolby sound pop out of the screen and surround u placing u in the middle of the action. I personally prefer a sound bar however this TV doesn't require one like some tvs do. This tv also has settings that work with the playstation consoles. The variable refresh rate brings every game to it's absolute best picture quality again knocked me off my feet. I didn't need to change but a few settings which the "how to" videos explain and show u how to change and it explains how those changes help the smoothness and fluidity of every game. Obviously I am not a "professional reviewer" and it basically comes down to a few things. I am stunned by the picture, like the help videos, the on board speakers isn't bad. Last would I recommend this TV to my family. Absolutely I would. Hope this helps.

We absolutely love our purchase as it has the longevity to last us a lifetime of entertainment! I enjoy the sound and visual quality it provides for movies and adaptability to streaming, and live TV. Our cats also love to view a live stream of bird watching on there haha. And the clarity gives them a great view of the outdoors. The remote allows us to quickly access certain apps and voice detection is clear to help find something quicker without manually typing. I would however also love to see an upgraded version of the remote selfishly to include Hulu as I believe that is our most utilized app. We’ve also been able to apply lighting on the rear end that allows for a theatrical experience and are looking forward to mounting this device in the near future hopefully. We appreciate the purchase and are happy to have Best Buy for our technology needs.

Excellent picture quality. Easy to navigate between apps. Sound is a little tinny and the Sony is not compatible with my old Vizio sound bar. Has to be used manually with separate remote. Very inconvenient. That prevented a 5⭐️ rating.

Fantastic TV! We also have the 75" X900H, so that's my biggest comparison. While the 900 is slightly better in terms of image quality, this X85K more than holds its own. The images are crisp, the blacks are dark, the colors are vibrant, the refresh rate is amazing, and it works great for movies or gaming (even with 4K 120hz with Xbox Series X and PS5). The X85K's interface is actually smoother and better than the X900H. It's 95% the same, but the newer processor is noticeably smoother and quicker. Very happy with the purchase, definitely recommend.

I did tons of research on this tv , needed one for the World Cup plus I was in need of upgrading. This one has 120hz refresh rate which I get not many content supports it but it’s there , for sports (soccer ) specifically, I’m blown away , after adjusting some image settings image looks beautiful and clear , make sure to use a 4K supporting device and watching soccer in 4K is really nice. Interface is snappy and fast after setting up even on wifi . The only downside is the audio , even after adjusting it would like more bass but doesn’t really matter for me , will get a soundbar, Highly recommend for sports specifically

This is the best TV I’ve ever bought the pictures beautiful the refresh rate is amazing. I am so happy with this TV. I cannot say enough and the price was fantastic.

Great TV at a great price, I had the previous model in one of my bedrooms and decided to buy the latest for my living room. This is perfect and has a good picture without having to spend the high cost for a premium model.

This tv is Fantastic! Weather I’m streaming or watching cable, the picture is phenomenal! It was a breeze to set up and navigate any of the many programs. The speakers on this tv are of very of very high quality. However, since I have a Bose 600 soundbar, I hooked that up to the tv using the eARC HDMI port on the tv to the eARC HDMI port on the soundbar. Both support the Dolby Atmos sound program, and WOW, the sound is phenomenal!!! I could go on and on about all the great features this tv has to offer. Great price, fantastic tv, and excellent picture and sound, too!!! You can’t go wrong with a Sony product and Best Buy price and service!!

Not a bad TV. Coming from an OLED C8 55". I was looking for a 65" that would be next gen compatible with my PS5 and be in my budget. This ticked all the boxes. It immediately recognized my 2019 Nvidia Shield Pro and Playstation 5. I also have a Govee RGB backlight strip on it. So far so good

Excellent picture. User friendly. Only 2 things I would like to see ate composite in/out and a few more inputs. But the latter two is pretty much that way on everything now. Really shouldnt have to buy adapters for such simple things. Still have and use multiple analog and digital units. Picture and sound quality is what you expect from Sony and for the money not a noticeable difference from the next step up. So value iscteally there.

Overall the picture quality, color depth and contrast is very good. For the cost I think it is one of the better TVs that you can find. The Google TV capabilities were really well integrated and smooth

Nicest tv ive owned as of yet. Use it mainly for gaming. 140 hz refresh rate is a must for gamers.

Just a very solid TV.....we've relied on the Sony brand for nearly all of our TV's over the past ten years. And we're always been happy with the quality, picture and the value. There are more expensive and less expensive, but we would recommend this TV to anyone.

I mainly brought this T.V. because it was compatible with PS5 such as having an HDMI 2.1 port and supporting 120 hz which was a big mistake because I cannot enjoy those features. Whenever I launch games from my PS5 with 120 hz enabled the screen flickers to black then back to the game picture, this happens with each game. The other issue is the picture. The first NEW TV I purchased from best buy had dead pixels and DSE (dirty screen effect), I reached out to support and initially got denied a replacement by the concierge who said "there is nothing wrong with the TV", afterwards I had to reach out to sony again and ask for a manager so that I can receive a replacement. Based off of the pictures I provided they replaced the TV twice but each TV was as bad or worst then the first because they had more dead pixels and DSE. From the pictures attached you can see that the DSE are the vertical bars across the screen (1st & 2nd pic) and the corners are dark (last pic). The other issues I've had are with the network card and sound. The wifi has disconnected several times while the router was still on and my other devices were still connected, in comparison the other TV I have in the house that is further away from the router on wifi has never dropped it's wifi connection (same network). The streaming service apps also state there's no network connection but when I check the wifi connection of the TV it's still on, again this doesn't happen with the streaming apps of the other TV. I've gone through troubleshooting steps with sony's team such as software updates, factory reset, uninstalling and reinstalling and updating the app.. none of these things ever fixed the issue. The sound is really low when it comes to movies mostly the dialogue always gets drowned out by the bgm and efx and I usually have to have it on like 60 or 70 to hear what the characters are saying. I'd avoid sony TV's and at the very least avoid this TV no matter what price its priced at.

The picture on this tv is amazing!! I just thought my last tv had a great picture. This Sony is impressive. My previous tv (different brand) only lasted 4 years. I hope we get a longer lifespan from this one.
