Although satisfied with product, the picture on the Samsung seems to be better. However, the Sony products, in our experience, is much more reliable.

Great picture but repeated audio problems

We love the picture quality but are very disappointed with our first Sony tv. This TV has had repeated sound sync issues. Audio and video frequently become out of sync. We have tried all of the recommended troubleshooting techniques and the only thing that resolved the issue is doing a reset on the TV. Never had this issue with our Samsung smart TV. It will be fine for awhile and then will require 2-3 days of repeated resets to stay in sync again. An internet search revealed this issue is not uncommon with Sony. Regretting this purchase

Had a problem with the WiFi module but it is a minor issue, compared to the overall satisfaction!
