I purchased this TV and I will say a few things about it. This TV is difficult to use, constantly lost connect to the internet (and my router is literally on my TV stand), and after just 3 months, it shut off and gave me 4 red flashes. I have initiated the warranty process and I will just say, Sony customer service does not care at all. They send you automated emails, do not care that their product does not work, and tell you to "Just be patient." It took them 7 days (calendar days) for them to send someone out to repair it and expect you to take you own time off work to do so. Repairs did not work so now, they want to send me a new television (Great!), but they want me to wait even more. Last email I received said it will take 5-7 days (business days; M-F) for them to ship it from their factory in California to the distribution company and then 7-10 days (business days) for that company to deliver it from my house. So at the earliest, I am looking at 12-17 business days before they will replace their broken product. I have a Samsung TV that is 10 years old that didn't cost half this much that I has work perfectly even moving it into 8 different homes over the years. Really regret not buying another now. I have no issues with Best Buy on this, as they were extreme helpful with my purchase of this product and will continue to use them again. Just don't buy a Sony TV and save yourself the stress.

Been about 5 months and tv is working great. Never had a problems and has a very good picture.

So fast and clear picture. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking to replace their old one.
