I needed the geek squad to help me with some things, but it is so hard to reach them. I just purchased a computer from Best Buy on 6-10-20 and its so hard to get the Geek Squad on the phone. I needed them to help me install it, plus need help with my TV I purchased last month and bought Tech support for 1 year. I tried calling the GS two days in a row and it took 45 minutes holding on and nobody came to the phone, plus I am an elite customer and if you put in your zip code and phone # it does work.
