Quality Sony except for the speakers that sound tinny on some broadcasts. This is the only complaint I have where Sony could have done better. Gonna have to mate a soundbar/sub to take care of that. Otherwise, really love the networking features that I hard wired for Gigabyte streaming. Wireless works fine too. I'm amazed at the speed that Prime Video loads when selected in the Apps. We are long-time Sony customers and this replaced a 12 year old 52" LCD that is still working great. Hope this one is half as durable, heh.

Lots of Aggravation

Problems arise with eARC and built in chrome TV. Frequently looses sound from one or both ends. Requires restart of TV. Recently updated firmware and seems mildly better with eARC output but honestly at this price I don't want to have to figure anything out other than what to watch. Will be looking at alternative brands for remainder of planned 4k upgrades.
