Beautiful picture with nice smart features

The smart features are up to date and plenty of apps to try. The picture is bright enough to keep up with the bay window in our living room during the day. My only complaint is that the built in menu guide is overly complicated, often taking two or three clicks to actually get to what you want to watch.

Got a TV, sound bar, subwoofer combo and all are working fab without cords! OK, still had to plug in the TV...….GREAT service, installation! John was so patience with us as he set up the system and helped us with the (3) remotes. AND we got savings on each item purchased even though there wasn't a "big sale". I'm a Best Buy fan!

Wrought with issues

Apps are constantly crashing, outright refuse to work, and worse off even if you are using the tv for external devices it'll still crash and reboot! There's no separation from Android TV so you won't escape it even if you decide you don't want to use it. A full factory reset later and no luck... I expected better from Sony.
