Been in use for 15 days now. Set up was a breeze. Integrated nicely with my Marantz receiver. The only fault I can find with this unit, it does not have a true HDMI out, haven't found a tv with one so this is more a wish.

I upgraded from 55" Samsung to 65" Sony. I am pleased with this brand TV, the only issue I have are the apps (Hulu, Neflix, YouTube, etc.) which tends to lag and watching 4K movies over these apps diminishes the quality. I ended up purchasing and connecting Roku TV for better quality app streaming.

Even better on Netflix. Glad I got the 65", not the 55".

Geek Squad installed this Sony 65 inch 950G. Great tv, but arrived dented on one side. They left it with me to watch and are coming back tomorrow to swap out for a new undamaged unit. Great customer service.

Purchased this TV based on the many good comments regarding the onboard features and display quality. Like the connectivity such as google assistant and smart features. However, the picture quality is not shockingly better than my older 1080 TV that I previously had. This could be due to the cable box I have though.

Needs more tutorials Each function on the remote should have clear explanation of functionality. When using Direct TV it should be clear when to use either remote. The brilliant colors from the back lit screen are incredible.

The Sony has a great picture and was a good value.

Great Tv but only issues i got that the sound very inconsistent have to keep messing with the settings. Another issue is the wifi connection have to keep putting password to wifi since doesn't save connection

Switched from a Samsung 4K tv to this one and couldn’t be anymore happier! The colors and contrast on this Sony tv is amazing, paired it with my apple 4K tv with a belkin hdmi cable and it was so worth it !

I'm a Sony dieheart .All 5 of my TVs and sound systems are Sonys. I have nothing but great experiences with Sony products. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for.

I am loving this TV. Bought it open box, almost everything is great, however, the only negative I would have is that the applications sometime restart. I am making sure the internet is working correctly before getting Geek Squad to look into it. Will come back to update the review then!!

Great with low lights for a movie night. good with glare in brighter room situations. Still get a little glare but nothing like the older TVs. Smart tv functions are very simple and easy to figure out.

Pictures are natural and happy of watching movies.

This is my 3 rd Sony Flat screen as I have a 55”. 65”. And the new 950 65” It is the best contrast resolution and the accurate skin tones. You will pay more for Sony but it’s worth it. PS but it on sale!

An excellent 4k ultra-HD smart TV. The only difficulty is it’s Android operating system. I am an Apple person. Nevertheless, it is not too hard to learn the Android operating system.

Before we made our purchase we looked and researched several different brands before we decided on the Sony. I am a big fan of Samsung but when I saw this TV in the store the colors and screen clarity blew me away.

After 2 hours of careful consideration at Best Buy with a very knowledgeable employee, we decided to get this Sony TV. Hooked up the TV and it didn’t play any HD or 4K video through any of the streaming apps on the TV. Went through our internet provider and app support (Netflix, Amazon Video, etc.), no issue on their end. Then I called Sony support. Without exaggeration, it was the worst customer service experience I’ve had with a company of Sony’s size and reputation. I was on 4 different support phone sessions totaling 5+ hours troubleshooting the issue which consisted of me repeating myself to multiple support reps with no resolution. I had to return the TV and went with an LG OLED. Software on the Sony is not great. Customer service at Sony is not great. Overall, my experience with this Sony product was not great. If you can afford the LG OLED, get that instead.

happened to be looking at the Sony tv and the representative was there and answered all the questions I could throw at him, of course I had a mindset on buying Sony brand, the best tv if you ask me .
