I had a XBR-65X800G and it had panel issues and bestbuy and Sony allowed me to upgrade and I chose the 65X950G. I'm still trying to learn about the features of this technology

It is really beautiful and really my only complaint is I should have went a bit bigger, since we had the room on our wall. :)

Not quite OLED level of blacks but close and for half the price! I’ve got this tv paired with an Xbox one X for true 4K gaming and the visuals are awesome!!!

Was able to handle the transaction over the phone which made it nice.

Smart tv features are very quick. Might want to invest in a quality soundbar with this set.

The salesman "Chris" showed me the display of 6 different TV's. I chose the Sony 4k HDTV which I can say was a perfect choice!

Unable to have internet on this product though? You can pull up You Tube, Netflix etc.

Beautiful design and excellent image

Warning: DO NOT BUY

Picture and sound were awesome quality. Then we noticed when we streamed movies using Netflix or Amazon Prime or some other streaming service we would lose sound but the movie would continue or the movie would stop but the sound would continue. Also the tv would come on by itself when we weren't home. We upgraded our internet thinking that was the problem. Nope, it made no difference. I upgraded the HDMI cable. That made no difference. I bought the extended warranty from Best Buy and had a technician come to the home. He couldn't find a problem and said I would have to contact Sony. I did a live chat with Sony twice. Both times they required me to do a firmware update with no other solutions offered. That didn't help either. I plugged in my old Roku device and it works perfectly fine. I told Sony I wanted my tv replaced and they said that wasn't possible. How many times must I update firmware!!!! The tv is set to update on it's own when updates are released. I tried to get Best Buy to replace my tv, but they said the extended warranty was for repair only, not replacement, but they won't handle the repair. What a waste of money!!! I spent a boatload of money on a tv I can't stream movies through without using a Roku device from my old tv. I will never buy a Sony product again.

I narrowed it down to the X900 or this one. With being $400 off, I couldn't pass it up and couldn't be happier!!!

Got talked into this TV (after wanting the best OLED) because the Best Buy guy said if you'll be watching in a room with sunlight, it will be less glare than OLED (FALSE!) and no real loss of overall clarity. So, after experiencing poor clarity on 25% of the shows, GEEK Squad says "...because of pandemic, gov't restricting bandwidth..." or something like that because everyone's watching TV (also, there is VERY annoying red streak from room light seen frequently). And the most annoying thing is the SONY Sound Bar!!! The sound goes in and out VERY often...and i do not know if it's the product or the installation.
