This TV is a great TV. The only negative thing I could say about this is that it is not syncing with my old Sony soundbar. Not sure if it's the TV or soundbar, but the soundbar worked with my older Sony TV, so not sure if new TV is just not 100% compatible or not.

The screen quality is really impressive out of the box! I tweaked the picture and volume settings to fit the needs of my room and I couldn’t be happier with this television.

I am a huge Sony Fan and I absolutely love this television and it has all the bells and whistles I was looking for. The Calibrated Netflix mode is beautiful to say the least .

I have had this TV for 10 days and I have not found anything to complain about. Multiple apps can be downloaded for your digital lifestyles, plenty of connections for your sound/Blu Ray/entertainment systems and a very responsive Android/Google Assistant built in!

Have this TV~3weeks. Software is not working properly. YouTube stops working or freezing and playing the same 2 seconds of the video again and again. And the only solution to fix this issue is to unplug the TV. We tried to clean cash memory and check for software updates. Nothing helped. Today TV restarted by itself. Looks like our tv problems are getting worse. We had almost the same Sony TV (900E model) and it worked just fine until our cat dropped it. We didn't even look for different options and purchased Sony. Should consider LG or Samsung now.

This is such an amazing tv. We couldn't have made a better purchase. The different settings for games, movies, sand other sites are just amazing.

Probably the one thing I don't care for is how the TV sits at a slight slant back. Of course the speakers are terrible. The first TV maker that comes out with a simple to use, great high def 65 in with great sound will dominate the market.

Our recent purchase at Best Buy of a Sony 65" 4K tv was a great experience. Very helpful staff and we guided into a truly beautiful tv experience. Can't say enough about both

I hope it will last as long (11 years ) and be as worry free. But that is why I bought a Sony. Only objection I have is the Android platform. But I muddle thru.

Experienced problems with audio when connected to Sony soundbar. The audio would go out and we would have to unplug the system for a minute to restore operation....that sucks when you have to do that multiple times during a movie or football game. Best Buy stood by me & exchanged both TV & soundbar for identical Sony models... but problems came back ... I returned the setup for another brand & problems solved. Probably software issue but at these prices I expect it to work as designed... overall picture was great but sound issues were disappointing.

The picture is great Lots of hiccups when streaming Lots of issues with the audio (we have a Sony sound-bar) We have to restart it often

Nice TV replaced my other Sony, I like it although now second guessing wondering if I should have bought a Samsung or other brand. Pleased with it so far.

Like the tv. Disappointed it went on sale a few months after buying it, but that's my fault for not waiting.

I wanted to go with Sony because of the Android OS. I'm very please with this tv. My living room is very bright and the first thing I noticed was how the brightest of the room did not really affect the screen. Awesome tv.

Love it. Great display. Even the sound is still awesome since day 1. Reason missing 1 star is that the remote isn’t backlit on the buttons. Hard to know what your pressing when not much light in the room.

Excellent TV. Use mainly for Xbox One X 4K gaming and UHD movie watching. I disable all the google crap. Wish it was not on the TV.

Always been a Sony man when it comes to TV's. This one has been the and my first smart tv and not a disappointing purchase at all. Always impressed.

It was a fantastic purchase for the open box price I paid, but the highs described by Sony don’t quite live up to expectations. Overall I am happy with the purchase, just not as good of a picture as my previous Samsung.

Mounted it over the fireplace mantel. Sony produces a superb product and I chose it over Samsung. I like the Apple TV addition to the software.
