I bought this product for my son and his family who is in the Air Force. They love it including his 2 year old who loves watching Mickey.

We bought this TV because we bought the same exact one the year before and it died. SONY warranty is 1 year, and it died after 13 months. Stupidly, I did not purchase extended coverage as I expected the TV to last a while at the price they charge and the extended coverage costs too much. Paid the exorbitant extra coverage this time, so I assume the TV will never have a problem.

After seeing my friends 65" 9 50g, and the horrible local dimming on that tv it was blooming all over the place. I returned my order and tried the 55" for better pixel density. It did not help with the horrible local dimming. The light bleed and bloom is very very bad. Picture is great as long as there are no dark scenes with bright highkights. Which is most everything. I hope Sony either adds more dimming zones or stops being lazy and better work the algorithm for this 950g that has 60 zones. If Samsung can make the Q8 with 40 zones have better blacks than this there's no excuse. Game mode on this tv has worse blooming than any tv in the past 10 years. As tech savvy Sony is and making a gaming console this is beyond the worst game mode. Cheaper tv's have better game mode picture setting. Fix this sony, the world knows you can.

This SONY 65" Tv is awesome. The Sony X950G Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR is priceless and we will enjoy it for many, many tears to come.

I have owned six sony large screen tvs and this one is truely outstanding. I like the new controls and features I highly recommend this 65 inch set !

I'll update the review if and when Sony sorts out the problems I'm having, but as of right now it's been a regular problem since we got the TV. Let me start by saying the picture quality and sound on it are great, but that's when it works. Our issue has been accessing the apps and using the "smart" TV features which is kind of a big part of it. Essentially, we lose audio on every app except netflix, videos on some won't even load or are choppy. We have to actually restart the TV (not just turn it off and back on) and then it works for maybe a day until it doesn't. I've been on the phone with customer support for Sony who usually runs through all of the standard stuff I already did, and told them I did, just to escalate it so we can rinse and repeat the next day. Hopefully they'll sort it out so we have a useful TV for as much as we spent but as of right now I couldn't recommend it to any for the trouble it's been after spending as much as we did.

great resolution the image is incredible excellent choice. Watching sports or regular tv is an amazing experience.

My son said I got the best one in this series and it has lived up to my expectations, so I agree with him.

I love the Sony TV the is the greatest investment of all time. I am able to load Apps from the internet and don't need a box or fire stick .

Great TV. I am a loyal SONY customer....so I did not really shop around. I have had them my whole life and never had any issues.

We just upgraded to this TV because we were due for a new one, and Best Buy was offering an incredible deal. We are very happy with it.

Great TV, easy to use. Much faster at loading apps (Netflix, etc) compared to our older Sony. Pricier than some of the competition.

Purchased a Sony Soundbar as well. Ive had sound issues but have eventually worked out the kinks. Geek squad was no help nor any forums. These smart TVs are becoming more and more difficult to use in my opinion.

Best Buy did a Great job helping me to pick the right TV's and sounds Bars. Our sound system sounds Great. Geek squad did a wonderful job.
