This is an awesome t.v. It does seem to have a sound glitch at time and I need to unplug it to get the sound back, a little annoying. But overall fits my needs.

Nice TV. I exchanged it for a 75” Sony because this one was to small for my wall. Otherwise it worked great

First of all, let's start with the positive---the picture and sound quality are phenomenal. And that's it. When we first got this tv, we had trouble with connection issues with certain apps (i.e. Hulu). Our volume would drop out and I had to contact support about ways to "reset" the tv for the volume to come back. There would be no volume on the tv home screen or inside any of the apps and it would crash like this often. We dealt with this issue and would have been fine dealing with it long-term. Except we weren't given long-term. I have owned this tv for less than 22 months. Today it has completely burned out and has zero power. I contacted Sony support and they stated my motherboard is destroyed. They then proceeded to tell me that they only have a ONE YEAR warranty. ONE YEAR warranty for a $1500 tv! Sony offered to give me contact information for local repair options---then determined there are none in their system within 2 states. This tv still felt brand new and now I feel robbed of $1500.

I've jad the TV for a few weeks. I love it! The installation was done correctly sonthe tv looks like a work of art.

Weve had the TV for a month and have been very happy with it. It has a lot of good smart TV functions and has a bright, colorful, beautiful display that works well in a bright room setting.

Opted for Sony based on owning numerous other brands. Sony TVs tens to last longer and hope to have 7-10 years.

This Television was just what I was looking for and my wife loves it too she asking for one now for the bedroom

This is a great tv and the motion rate on it is comparable to ones of much higher price. Worth every penny.

I mainly purchased this television for gaming, and I am extremely happy with its performance. A+ in my book.

Only issue I have is that when I watch to much shows on Netflix or Hulu or Disney+ the tv seems like it runs out of ram and I have to reset. Other than that great product.

ARRIVED WHEN PROMISED, INSTALLED AND UP AND RUNNING. SOMETIMES VOICE AND FACIAL PICTURE ARE NOT COORDINATED.

Movies and Netflix looked fantastic but for sports and watching TV the upscaling was not good. I ended up returning and getting a 65” Samsung q80 and am much happier overall

As excellent as described and expected. However, I was hoping it would exceed my expectations.

As good as the 900f I purchased 3 years ago. So far I don't see how much improved from last gens. But it's Sony. This one will be my last LED TV. Next I will seek the OLED

The entire operation from start to finish was almost perfect. The only problem is a credit for two items that were not needed for the job. I am still waiting for the credit.
