I purchased Sony TV 8 years ago, still working great. Other brand dead in 4 years. Hope this TV works long time!

Great picture ce hads dropped by $300.

OTA EPG does not function on all stations.

If you are using this for OTA watching take note that the Electronic Program Guide does not fill for most network stations, therefore the low rating. Contact with Sony yielded no results with them blaming the broadcaster. Odd since the EPG works fine with my Insignia TV and Channel Master DVR.

OK but not wow, NO Dolby Vision

I have tried several options to configure the Apple TV , even with AudioQuest HDMI cables but still unable to show HDR or Dolby Vision. It could be a firmware issue but after running a diagnosis, the TV shows that it is up to date. Will keep trying, otherwise, it will be returned. AT least my old LG7700 has Dolby Vision. Called Sony's customer service but it closed to the COVID19
