This replaced a 50" and the picture quality of this 65" Sony Smart 4K HDR is remarkable.. It fills the room with crisp wonderful colors, sharp images and paired with my new Samsung soundbar, purchased specifically for this TV, it's as though I'm in the scene. Nice entertainment!

Its been awhile since Ive upgraded my tv. I was waiting for that perfect time for the 4k to hit the high mark before the next generation came out (8K) and I think i did pretty good. Everything on this tv is absolutely amazing the picture the movement and the realisticness of it all blows my mind everytime I watch something. After you buy something you always compare it to other things to see if you did the right thing and not another tv out there has shown me that it is any better in any way. Awsome tv best purchase Ive made in a long time. Great job Sony money well spent.

Great looking TV mounted above my fireplace. Feels solidly built. Pictures are clear, and blacks come through fairly evenly. The speakers are not the best but can get the job done, I went ahead and bought a sound system to connect to it for better quality. Also, sometimes the Apps just don't work and I have to reset the TV to fix it. So hopefully there are updates to fix the Apps to come.

In the beginning Sony wasn't even on my radar as I was looking at LG and Samsung like most people I know. But after reviewing in person several tv's it started to become obvious that there was a difference in the realistic imaging of the picture quality. When your in a big box store and each manufacture has it's own video and settings to showcase their tv you don't really get a true comparison between them. But after a viewing in the Magnolia room you get to see them head to head with a true 4k signal, and you will see with out doubt differences in the tv's. Any top quality tv will look good in your home but when spending this much money I want the best picture quality and the x950g with it's x1 ultimate chip is hands down the best picture next to OLED, and even then it's very close in comparison. With all that said I do have a negative against Sony, I registered the tv and was told I would get bonus stuff from Sony ( privilege 4k ) after registering and I never received the required promo code to get the bonus features, and the contact info for customer support is not working due to the corona virus situation. This will pass but the dead line on getting the promo will be gone and I probably will not get what I should have. I know this has nothing to do with the tv itself but it does draw a negative for the hassle. I do really like the real picture quality and would recommend this tv to anyone.

We purchased this to replace our main TV, and we are amazed and pleased by how well it performs. Moving through the menu with the remote is very easy. The color and clarity of the picture are superb. We have had this now for about two months and we are very happy with it.

I love Sony televisions. The pictures are crisp and clear. The colors are bright. Repairmen even ask what brand of television I have and comment what a great picture I have. I have recently cut the cord from cable and have found it easy to navigate this smart television too!

This is a great smart Tv, color and display are excellent. Ease of set up and use were definitely helpful and easy. Wifi connection is solid and screen mirroring is a good feature. All my apps in one home screen and compatible with Playstation and Blu-ray Player.

This was quite the upgrade from my 9 year old 55’’ Vizio (which still had a decent picture). Instantly blown away from the 4K quality coming from Netflix/Amazon, etc. Cable tv was a better picture than what I’m used to but not even close to what this TV is capable of. Definitely very happy with the setup and I added the 3.1 sound bar after much back and forth...definitely worth it and you will see why. PLEASE NOTE: This TV, like other Sony’s, slightly leans back when it is on its table top stand. Sony.com says this is normal per proper viewing, but I was definitely thrown by it at first. Best Buy people were not aware of this as everything is mounted to the walls in the store. I have gotten used to it but I did think something was wrong at first.

Purchased this tv almost a year ago and have been impressed. The quailty of picture and sound is amazing. All of my Playstation, Xbox games and 4k DVD's look great. Was definitely worth the purchase if you have extra cash to blow.

Awesome picture. Love the sleek look and thin bezel. The stand seems sturdy enough on our Entertainment Center. Was very easy to set up. The input selection process for switching video inputs seem a little buggy at times. The internal speakers on this TV sound pretty good as well.

After reading many reviews and researching TVs I decided on the 65”Sony X950g series. We are very happy with the purchase. The picture is clear, color is vibrant. I like that there is no frame on tv so the picture is the full size of screen.

great picture quality, very easy to set up, remote easy to use

I am absolutely in love with this 65" Sony X950G. I also own an LG OLED and the Sony is able to keep up with the OLED in terms of overall picture quality and brightness (not to mention the Sony is less than half the cost of the OLED!)

The colors are so much nicer than the colors of my other 80” tv. Everything is so bright and vivid. I added a soundbar and the sound is extremely crisp. I highly recommend this tv, it’s the best I’ve owned so far.

TV was easy to set up, both electronically and physically. However, it is quite heavy, and should be lifted by two people. Super picture. We went from 55" to 65" so not that much difference in size, but this TV has amazing clarity. Happy with the purchase.

Great tv. I ended up getting a wall mount for it since I did not like the look of the legs. HD and 4K are wonderful. Watching movies and netflix shows look beautiful. Also game on 4k from my xbox and it looks amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

We have had Samsung TV's for years. We recently moved and decided to buy a new one. Wow, this Sony is awesome. Picture quality at all angles is phenomenal. Easy to add apps and connected to our wifi it is super fast to upload shows.

I have had this TV for about 3 weeks and it is awesome. It integrated well with my Onkyo 9.2 reciever and Directv via Alexa is the truth. Looks good in the dark. Love the fact chromecast is built in and I can cast movies from my phone effortlessly.

Now that we’ve had a Samsung 50 flat screen for several years its hard to recreate the Wow factor that that TV provided but I wanted to upgrade to a Smart TV and also squeeze a little more space out of the living room with a 65 inch. The Sony was highly touted and seems to live up to the hype however truth be told I’m sure all the top brands are great. The Sony has Google Assistant to search movies etc. and the first thing I learned at home was that Google searches for Google. I subscribe to Amazon Prime and Prime Music and Netflix. By the end of the week I ordered a Firetv Cube, much happier with Alexa.

This is a good tv but it's not great. It's the best well rounded tv for most people you will love this tv. The operating system is one of the best. Colors are good but I wish there was a little more pop. The contrast is great, very good detail and upscaling. Also good for gaming. Like most led tv blooming is the weak point in this tv set.
