They ran demos of a few models and when they demonstrated this soundbar, I was impressed!. I purchased it on the spot. Now that it’s hooked up at my place, wow! Pure theater sound quality!! Thanks Bestbuy!! FYI if you have an apartment with hardwood floors, You will need an acoustic Isolation pad for your sub woofer.

Could not sync even with the firmware update. Annoying. - Don't really get the surround sound it says it can produce. Returned the unit and reconnected my old Onkyo receiver with hard wired speakers to get the effect I wanted. Too expensive for what I wanted out of it.

Well i was unimpressed. I’ll be fair and say i am not an audio nut but i do know that soundbars are not going to replicate a true 5.1/7.1 traditional system. However, i still expected Sony’s $1500 soundbar to provide great sound. It did not do this for us. It might have been our lack of fine tuning the settings, but despite my tinkering, i couldn’t get it to sound good in any setting. We had this connected via ultra high speed HDMI (48gbps) thru eARC but it still lacked results. For this price point, i would look elsewhere.

OMG! What a system

And there was no nice ones for any price. This thing lit up the store and its huge. I was super pricey but OMG "WE LIVE IT!!!". WOW what an awesome sound bar. If you have the money don't go cheap. Nine speakers in the bar itself and its heavier than the TV. But the sound is so movie theater awesomeness.
