    Excellent sound quality and Atmos. 3 hdmi inputs are very handy if you have a TV that do not support Atmos. Little heavy and bulky though. Set up is not easy, but once set up works great.

    If you want the best front facing soundbar, this is the one to get. I just only wish Sony made rear satellites so I can enjoy the true surround sound.

    Been using it for nine months. It was easy to install and looks nice. It sounds much better then the built in TV speakers. Hooked it up to a Sony TV so they work together with no hassle.

    i like my sony sound bar. i couldn't use rear speakers because other people in the house didn't think it would look good. this was the best i could do. and it is really great !... the sub-woofer is great also. thanks ..

    The sound quality is really good. You can just forget about the surround sound. I measured the distances (to the ceiling, from the viewer) accurately, and you can still tell there's almost no surround sound. It's kind of misleading to label it 7.1.2 when you can't really experience it.

    This is the first soundbar that I am able to hear the voices. I had 3 before this one but this one blows the others away with the clarity. It has plenty of hdmi inputs and the base will blow you away. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for.

    I brought this sound bar to go with my Sony a9f and the sound so rich and deep bass I had no problems with the connection with the sub as I see some people were having easy to install and will be using this sound bar the next gen gaming perfect for music like Spotify

    This will not replace surround sound but it is a good idea if you do not want a bunch of wires running around. I do not have a lot of confidence in wireless speakers.

    Purchased this for my children's living room, and really enjoyed the sound. The Subwoofer and Soundbar are both made very sturdy unlike some other's I have seen and owned in the past. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for Dolby Atmos audio like myself.

    it takes the place of five speakers and has a great sound from each channel that you switch to , news ,movies, music, we did not know if it would be as good as our surround sound with all the cables, wires, and relays, but are happy that we got it

    Powerful,crisp and clear sound. Bought this to go along with the Sony 85 inch. T.V. Sony products still have the edge over other brands. Was recommended by best buy sales people as well they demonstrated the Sony to other brands. They were right Sony beat others hands down.

    This sound bar is super loud and decoda for atmos and dstx on its own. But the sound quality overall was not as good as my Sonos playbar

This soundbar actually features Sound Effect which lets you enjoy pre-programmed sound effects that are tailored to different kinds of sound sources. You may check out this link for more information (https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4687/bc8f6dee4fbbe142db7bc707e9028061/46878381M.pdf - Pg.30). You can also adjust the gain in the setup menu. In the home menu go to setup>Speaker Settings>Level and you can set the level for your front speakers, Height speakers and subwoofer.     It's a great Soundbar with many options for usage. It has two ways you can design for views as the front long cap can be removed to see in the interior speakers. It's cheaper than other competitors with great sound!

    I purchased this to go with my LG oled tv. The sound from the tv was not good. I heard this soundbar while in the store and was very impressed. I have enjoyed it and my tv remote controls it. I am a previous fan of Sony. I have their headphones and a receiver.

    I did not use it and returned it before opening the box, so I can not comment of the quality. The speaker did not fit my TV set up, so I returned.
