Great Sound System

We appreciate your 5-star review of the soundbar. It's unfortunate that you are not having a complete experience because of the subwoofer's connectivity issues. For optimum performance, make sure that the software of the unit is updated. Please refer to this link:

These steps may also help resolve the issue:
1. If possible, move the subwoofer closer to the main unit of the home theater where it will not be directly blocked by any furniture, walls, or metal barrier.
2. If the wireless access point (wireless router) can be switch between the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands, change the frequency to avoid interference from other wireless devices:
-For the HT-ST5000, switch the wireless router to the 2.4 GHz band.
