||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't WANT to upgrade my receiver so recently after buying it but my PS4 Pro and 4k TV needed HDCP 2.2 and my 1050 didn't support it. The STR-DN1070 does though and I love that it has a Chromecast Audio built in. In every way it seems to have improved on the 1050 (which is now in my spare room running my PS4 and 1080p display). This receiver has been no hassle at all for me and just works. Sounds great, switching is great, no complaints...

This unit is really nice since this model specifically has wireless surrounds. I paired it with a set of Sony ZR5 multiroom speakers for a good wireless experience. Setup is easy with the rear speakers. Sound is good but I wish that the interface wasn't as buggy. I also like that I can use one remote for both TV and receiver thanks to both of them being newer and they sync up.
