3 weeks into th S purchase and so far the tv is great. Only issue noted so far is brief periods that the tv will go black for approximately 1-2 seconds and then return to normal. This happens sporadically and the surround sound is still producing sounds during this time. Replaced surround sound unit to see if this is the issue but also took the chance to upgrade to a 4K unit with a 4K DVD player as well.

Great TV... I did lots of research before coming to this TV. It seemed that most places rated this TV a little lower than the others, but I had a really hard time agreeing. The picture is amazing and clear. I thought it was better than Samsung seeing this in person side by side, especially after tuning the picture. Glad I stuck with Sony.

I bought from Best Buy it was on sale for $1,799.99 but the sales associate was great he was able to match an online price for $1,499.99. For the price the TV is good if you can get it for the right price. The Sony Is a bit dark and not as bright as other TVs. Also the darks are not as crisp as you would expect from Sony. Thank you Best Buy for all the help customer service was great!

Excellent picture with easy set up. Would buy again

After shopping and looking at so many TV's they all started to look the same. I am so glad I went into Best Buy and was turned onto Sony! My experience in just 2 weeks has completely changed the way I enjoy any program or movie. The clarity, the real time motion and screen are absolutely incredible. I am ver happy with my investment!

Good picture love the price and color. Not the best black levels

Just happened to catch this open box deal. I still have the last Sony Bravia I purchased about 10 years ago and it still looks great. I recently finished my basement and wanted to do something special for what my kids have now dubbed "the movie room". The picture looks great, we stream everything but the quality is still great.

Quality of picture is great, both color and sound.

We had a hard time deciding what size television would be best for our upstairs entertainment space (18'x16'), but after talking extensively with employees we arrived at this decision and could not be more happy with our purchase. The picture paired with the sound bar we bought to go with makes it the best space in the house.

The tv has an amazing pictures and was easy to setup.

Sony has a name for quality products and this is not the exception. I am in love with this TV. The colors, the design and the quality of the image are absolutely beautiful. I am happy to know I can come home from work and distress watching this baby. I absolutely recommend it.

Don't fall for the big box store traps, if you buy cheap that's what you will get. This TV has met our families expectations and then some! Excellent picture and we love to watch movies and sports on it! Very happy we chose Sony and purchased from Best Buy.

The quality of the TV is overall fantastic, the size is perfect and we LOVE it as an addition to our TV den/gym. We don't have cable at home so our main use for the TV is using the android system. There are parts of the android system that we love and there are parts that are just inconvenient. Some examples are: - I have a Hulu subscription that has an HBO and live TV add on and I can usually just play the shows/movies on the Hulu app, however, for this TV we have to download the apps corresponding each network and play all content from there. This also means that progress isn't saved when I move to watch the same content on other TVs. - The workout apps I use that are usually compatible for a Smart TV are nowhere to be found so I find myself still having to use my phone or computer to follow the workout videos. Of course the obvious solution would be to buy an Amazon fire stick or Apple TV, but I bought this TV as an end all be all and it's user unfriendliness impedes that.

Great picture, quality and price. Highly recommend

I have been a Sony purchaser since 1970 and their products have never let me down. This 75" Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR is no exception. We looked at all the other major brands, side-by-side, and the reliability, sound, and picture could not be beat. In fact, who makes movies & projectors for theaters? SONY. Enough said.

Television has a great picture and great features.

This tv has a great crisp clean ultra high def picture, even in action sceens with a lot of motion. After a bit of fiddling with the settings the sound is adequate right out of the tv for regular daily use and digital line to stereo for surround is great. All in all I’m very pleased. Thank you Sony, another great product!
