hard for me to justify spending 5K on a TV but it is a darn good picture and the audio from the sonos soundbar is quite good

Purchased this set in August to replace a Projection Hitachi 65" system that had a great life of 15 years. Performed quite a bit of research from the internet and at Best Buy examining the various models. As others have stated if you want a 75" screen the LED is currently a more cost effective option than OLED. I had Best Buy Geek Squad deliver/install the set and mount on the wall. It definitely is a multiple person install to wall mount The overall picture and upscaling is excellent. I have been able to view many different source formats using the builtin apps for Netflix, Amazon and YouTube where the quality with a fast internet connection works very well. A little warning that streaming UltraHD can really increase your internet data usage. Watching several hours increased mine from 300 GB to 600 GB in one month. UltraHD and Blu-Ray discs from XBox OneS also are very detailed along with the great sound. I did connect via wired Ethernet instead of wireless for more consistent performance. When viewing UltraHD content you can really see a difference and it can sometimes be mesmerizing. I did try the HDMI setting that handles HDR content and you can see the difference in color pretty easily when HDR is enabled.. YouTube also has a number of 4K videos that demo the beautiful color reproduction and Atmos sound. I did purchase a Sony receiver as well and used the HDMI3 with ARC for the sound. Setup the sound for Atmos configuration and the ceiling speakers really fill out the sound field. I found that when using Comcast Xfinity box it appeared to work best if I set the HDMI output to 720P instead of the higher resolution/framerate and allowed the Sony TV to handle the upscaling. For me it seemed to help sporting events with fast action like football to appear more fluid. (Using the Football/sports setting as well) Like everything your mileage may vary on your preferences. I would not hesitate to recommend this TV to anyone that wants a higher end TV with a large number of features. Sony appears to have recaptured the "old school" quality and great picture quality I saw years ago

Picture quality is one of the best I’ve seen. For tv and movies I notice no flaws what so ever.
