Hooked right up to all my google info. Adding streaming was a breeze. The remote is very user friendly for those one handed folks. The sale person at Best Buy took time to find out what I was looking for and this was IT!! Fits perfectly over fireplace and love that it is a Google TV so install of apps was a breeze. No one wants to watch any other TV. Sound is perfect no need for a sound bar!! Last thing, Geek Squad installation was Amazing!

This one fit the bill as it was more modern and slightly bigger than the old one. We were told that this TV is going to last as 10 years, but only time will tell. For streaming services such as YouTube and Netflix, this TV is optimal. The remote control is user-friendly that even non-tech people can easily navigate the TV’s user interface. The audio is amazing by default if you have a small living room, but with a soundbar it escalates it to amazing levels similar to a movie theater.

Was packaged great, assembled and setup very easily compared to other brand TVs I have. The picture is excellent and the built-in speakers are the best I have had in a tv allowing me to forgo my old sound bar. I especially like the simple remote and TV OS interface. Would recommend it to folks looking for a higher end HDR LED TV that are not ready to jump into an OLED model.

There's nothing special about it tbh. The first TV I bought lagged whenever I adjusted the volume. It was difficult getting Geek Squad to come to check it out. When the first technician came, he didn't bring any tools. The second time he came, there was another technician with him. When they dismounted the TV from the wall, they cracked the screen. Getting that replaced was challenging. Then, when they finally did replace it, they replaced it with a TV that doesn't allow me to mirror from my devices to my TV. So, it's safe to say I'm disappointed but what can I do at this point? I just hope my review serves as a warning for some of you.

I have to say it worked right out the box and was very happy with picture. Sound was good but added a JBL sounbar which eaily worked with E-arc. Upscaling is very good . Questions: 1. The specs say there is no ATSC 3.0 ( nextgen tuner) but other sources say that there is. It is hard to get the right information. Not a deal killer but keep that it mind if you want local channels. 2. ATSC 3.0 compatible is not an answer ANY TV is ATSC3.0 compatible if you add a tuner. A definitive answer would be good, Best buy says 3.0 ATSC tuner when you chat with them 3. The remote is mediocre. The apps work on Sony and are sluggish. But they work ( which means one less box to clutter up the living room), 4 It is really hard to find information and reviews about this model For example, how to access the service menu on the TV. 5. It is 2023 model but I dont know how it compares with the now discounted 2022 models. So no regrets and very happy with picture but better information would be helpful

To help keep your TV consistently connected, please check that the TV and the router are within 20 feet of distance but not less than 3. Also, it is a great idea to check for any software update to maximize the TVs operations, by doing the following: Going into Settings > System > Software Update; and if needed, install the update. Last but not least, a power reset on the TV and the router may help; disconnect both devices from the power source and let them rest for at least two minutes before plugging them back again.
