I’m far from an expert but I didn’t feel like there needed to be any adjustment to the picture right out of the box. The setup was intuitive and simple. The smart capability, selection and thoroughness is helping us make the decision to cut the cable service we have. The full array lighting seems extremely close to a full on OLED tv at half the price! Highly recommended.

A Good TV but Wi-Fi can be a problem.

The problem I am having is that the TVs Wi-Fi adapter in the TV goes offline from time to time (about once per week) with no real cause. When this happens I need to restart the Android operating system of the television to get the Wi-Fi adapter back on-line. This is an easy task involving holding the remote power button down for 3 seconds. I did some internet research on this issue and find that it is a known problems with these models of the Sony TV line going back at least 2 years. Hopefully Sony engineering will release a firmware update at some point that solves this issue long term.

To get the most out of your X900H, we recommend updating its firmware to the latest version (v6.0414). The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. For the Wi-Fi issue, please try following the steps below to isolate the problem:
• The Wi-Fi signal strength is weak
- Place the router close to your TV, then check if the signal strength has improved.
• Your TV is too close to the router
- It is recommended that the TV and router be at least 1 meter (3 feet) apart.
• Other devices are connected to the same network
- If other devices are downloading large-sized files, such as videos, the network speed may slow down. Cancel or wait until this activity completes and try again.
• Restart your TV and reset your router
- To restart your TV, press and hold the POWER button on the remote control for about five seconds until Power off appears on the TV screen.
- To reset the router, check your router manual for instructions.
• Interference from other wireless devices
- If multiple wireless devices or electric equipment, such as microwave ovens, are used at home, it may affect the Wi-Fi performance of your TV. Power off these devices when not in use, or keep them away from your TV.
- Electromagnetic interference may also occur depending on the location of the TV. If possible, change its location and check if the performance improves.
• Check the frequency band setting of your router (for dual-band routers)
- Some routers support multiple frequencies (ex: 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz), if your router supports this feature, try a different frequency.

Sony makes the best tv’s

At first I wanted to purchase the 85 inch model but I’m happy I went with the 75 inch. I’m currently experiencing an issue when my PlayStation tries to open up A video steaming app. It will show a static screen for a few seconds before switching to a normal feed. Right now it hasn’t created a huge issue, and I’m hopeful that replacing the hdmi cord will solve this small problem.

I knew I wanted to stick to Sony as I've always had a good experience with their products. Missed the opportunity to buy this model sometime pre-Covid when the price dropped. Kept on checking on BestBuy and glad that I eventually got this newer H series for the price. Can't be beaten. Great viewing experience, easy to set up and enjoy! Clarity can't be beaten (especially if you're replacing a decade old TV). Highly recommended!

We bought it because we have an open floor plan living room/dining room/kithcen, and wanted something big enough to be seen from any of those 3 areas. The picture quality is fantastic and running it off just internet with no lag at all. I definitely recommend purchasing the Sony 3.1 Ch Hi-Res Sound Bar with wireless sub woofer with it as well, as the sound on that is unlike any tv I've had before. I enjoy watching UFC and WWE, and I'm hearing every little detail.

I like all the apps that come on the Android TV. Picture and quality for black friday price was perfect. I have hooked up to sound system, but before I did that the sound was pretty solid. My only problem with this TV, and it is probably more to do with the app. On Hulu Live when watching football on CBS, the picture is blurry. I ran into that same issue with an OLED tv, so it is probably just the app.
