Got this on Black Friday sale…Works in a variety of rooms. Great picture. I also have a 55” LG C9 OLED. The OLED is the superior picture, but this is generally a better all around TV. I don’t have to worry about burn in or other quirks and the experience is comparable. By the way, 75” is too big for 8’ sitting distance. Check out TV size to seating distance charts if you haven’t already.

Great quality for a good price

Finally, it was on a sale price I couldn't pass up; although the next model up would have been nice, I couldn't justify another $800 for the very slight difference. I am very happy with the quality of the picture and the size is just right for my den. I enjoy having all the apps built in without needing a separate streaming device. Very pleased with my purchase.

Don't buy every 8 years because they break down, but ONLY because the technology so improves. This X900H does not disappoint. Fabulous sound and stunning picture. Has the features I need for a good price. Always do the walk through at the showroom, but always come back to Sony for quality and dependability. That's been my experience, anyway.

Only problem was this was the second one I purchased. First one was returned because when I plugged in the optical cable to the tv the plug on the tv basically shattered. This is the 3rd Sony TV I have in my house. I have a 60", 75" and a 65" in this same model. Over all a great TV. Not sure what the deal was with the optical cable plug. Never seen or heard of that happening before.

Buy extended warranty!!

I should have caught it then, but eventually the TV went completely out 13 months after purchase! Of course, I didn't buy the extended warranty so it is now a dead boat anchor in my basement until i get up nerve to pay for repair ($700). Bought a new one, still a Sony Bravia, but with a 3-yr extended warranty. Lesson learned!

It has fantastic picture quality in the dark and is a huge upgrade from my 2016 Sony 750D. Dark scenes are visible, which I find amazing. The TV pairs nicely with my Sony Atmos sound bar thru earc/arc. I play on Xbox Series X and I have had no problems playing 4k 60 as well as 4k 120. As of yet the TV does not support VRR/ALLM but Sony so far says it's still coming just not sure when. That is why I give it 4 stars otherwise this is a five star TV.

The best thing about the samsung besides the picture quality was how thin the TV was but the price was $1000.00 more and I am very pleased buying the Sony. The picture is fantastic. I don't use the internal speakers so i can not comment on that since this is hooked up to my Dolby Atmos receiver. Definitely recommend this TV
