Had go return the first one due to the screen was cracked in center above Sony logo. Great that they had another. Only bad was they couldn’t find the electric cord in the box of our return even though I knew we put it in the box so they opened the new tv box and took the cord. When I got home I looked all for the cord and as I thought it was put in the box when we returned it. So brand new tv but can’t turn it in. Had to go back in the morning to speak with the manager to get the cable. After all that so all seems well.

For the Bravia sync issue, we are not sure what brand/model of soundbar you have this TV connected to, however, you may try following the steps below to isolate the problem.
The issue you experienced may be resolved by resetting the BRAVIA Sync function between the TV and the soundbar. You will need to go into the menu of the TV and get to the BRAVIA Sync settings. Clear out any devices paired and turn the feature off. Then, disconnect the HDMI cable between the soundbar and TV from both products. Unplug both the TV and soundbar from the power outlet for 1 minute and plug them back in. Reconnect the HDMI cable between the products and enable BRAVIA Sync. You should have audio connections re-established.
