The 75 inch tv has a very sharp and colorful Picture. Put it in our bedroom and it was easy to mount to wall with wall mount bought with tv.

This TV is an upgrade from my old 65 inch Sharp. This is a beautiful TV and am very happy with it. Full featured and reasonably future proof, though patience is required as Sony is notorious for slow firmware updates and bad messaging on when to get them. The X900H is outstanding to look at with realistic colors. If you prefer saturated colors like many other TV'S this probably isn't for you.

Great tv. Got a good deal on it too. The hdmi port software had an update that made it possible to get 4K at 120 refresh rate. So now I can gutilize the full capability of the new Xbox x. I highly recommend it.

Very happy with my 75” TV. Went in with a 65” in mind and ended up falling in love with this much bigger one. So far no problems or issues. Every guest that comes over almost immediately compliments my TV upon arrival.

Purchased an open box. While the TV has been working great, it didn't come with a remote, a stand, nor a box for storage, which is a joke. Instead, it was wrapped in plastic... Make sure you're aware of this whenever you purchase an open box TV from BestBuy.

Tv is good. I love the ability to airplay with IOS. However, there are two annoying issues. Firstly, the wifi often disconnects from the TV and you must reset the tv in order to get it to connect again. Secondly, it tends to switch out of ARC to the soundbar and revert to the tv speakers. I hope there is going to be an update soon to fix these issues.

  To get the most out of your X900H, we recommend updating its firmware to the latest version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.   For your Wi-Fi issue, please try following the steps below to isolate the problem:
  
  • The Wi-Fi signal strength is weak
  - Place the router close to your TV, then check if the signal strength has improved.
  • Your TV is too close to the router
  - It is recommended that the TV and router be at least 1 meter (3 feet) apart.
  • Other devices are connected to the same network
  - If other devices are downloading large-sized files, such as videos, the network speed may slow down. Cancel or wait until this activity completes and try again.
  • Restart your TV and reset your router
  - To restart your TV, press and hold the POWER button on the remote control for about five seconds until Power off appears on the TV screen.
  - To reset the router, check your router manual for instructions.
  • Interference from other wireless devices
  - If multiple wireless devices or electric equipment, such as microwave ovens, are used at home, it may affect the Wi-Fi performance of your TV. Power off these devices when not in use, or keep them away from your TV.
  - Electromagnetic interference may also occur depending on the location of the TV. If possible, change its location and check if the performance improves.
  • Check the frequency band setting of your router (for dual-band routers)
  - Some routers support multiple frequencies (ex: 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz), if your router supports this feature, try a different frequency.

AVOID Sony at all costs

Has generally been a good TV with very few hiccups. Unfortunately in March 2022 (less than 1.5 years since purchase) it developed incredibly distracting shadows in the lower-left quadrant of the screen. Was hoping it was a fluke and would go away with time. With no signs of improvement, I got on the phone with Sony support and they were MUCH LESS THAN HELPFUL! They had me go through some diagnostic steps and even factory resetting the thing, and not surprisingly the issue stuck around and was diagnosed as a hardware problem. Still, they stuck it to me and required I take the TV to an authorized repair center about 2 hours away and pay for a repair service - clearly incredibly inconvenient and unreasonable. All the TV’s I have (and my close relatives have, thanks to my referrals) are Sonys, which will not be the case going forward. This TV should NOT have a hardware issue this early in its life - I still know people that have projection TV’s that work like new! Sony has proven to me that they do not care about their customers who purchase their junk “premium” TV’s. Sony, you should be ashamed.

Manufacturing issue with my TV

We bought a 75 inch Sony TV 75X900H from Best Buy in the end of 2020. In February of 2022, what I can only describe as blodges or ink blocks started showing up all around the corners of my TV. I tried speaking with Sony customer service a few times, but all they said was that the warranty has expired and that they cannot help. I would understand their claim of expired warranty had this been an accidental damaged. However, these are not due to external factors or accidental damages. It looks like a manufacturing problem. It makes this TV look cheap and greatly impacts my ability to enjoy watching anything on it. I am extremely disappointed at the Sony product and customer service.

It shuts off inthe middle of a program. Volume goes out by itself. It just did it as am writing this review. I love Sony but this is the largest I have bought and it’s poor when it comes to just shutting off and it’s not like we leave it on fir long. So disappointed
