Perhaps Best Buy could offer a tutorial on navigating the remote regarding use and troubleshooting situations. The contractor, Phillip, was OUTSTANDING!!! Set up the tv and made sure we were satisfied before he left. If five stars were the highest rating, we would give Phillip TEN STARS!

Finally went to Best Buy and saw this bad boy on the wall. Crisp images, next gen console ready. The only downside is the Google Assistant can be a bit buggy.
