    This TV is just an ok tv. The picture quality is average at best and there is no pop when it comes to vivid picture quality. You can definitely tell the difference when you are watching live sports events and video games. Sound quality it great tho.

    This thing is a computer basically. Auto upgrades is a good thing. I regretted buying it for the first couple months but then the upgrades came in from Sony and its been a good tv since. PS5 games play great and look great. I would like a better sound from the speakers (its a clear sound, just not theater sound).

    This was made for the PS5 and that’s exactly what I bought it for. By far the best screen I’ve played on and the true black you get on OLEDs is not worth the difference in price. The HDMI ports are version 2.1 with 4K 120Hz at full 48Gbps. No other TV has these specs right now

  • Great TV but keeps randomly turning on?

    We love our tv but it keeps randomly turning on in the middle of the night. I have checked to make sure there are no timers set, the remote has new batteries & settings are turned off help section says to have turned off. Please help! All software updates have been completed. We are not wanting to do a full reset. Thanks!

      Thank you for taking the time to review the X900H LED 4K Ultra HD Smart Android TV. We are glad you appreciate the features and picture quality of this TV. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your TV randomly turning on by itself. Some of these issues can be fixed by simply restarting the TV. To do that, simply press the power button for about 5-10 secs while the TV is on. Also check that your TV is running the latest firmware. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to isolate this issue.

      - Check if the [Timer] is activated.
      1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
      2. Select Timers → On timer.
      3. Disable On timer.
      - Disable the [TV auto power on] setting in [BRAVIA Sync settings].
      - Perform power reset if there's an external device connected on the TV.
      4. Turn off the TV.
      5. Unplug the power cord of the TV from the electrical outlet.
      6. Disconnect all external devices connected and let the TV remain without power for 5 minutes.
      7. Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet.
      8. Turn on the TV. Observe the issue.

    Was a great upgrade. Out of the box was pretty easy to set up. Did have issues with the port connected to the DTV box losing sound. Had to keep switching them back and forth. One week after set up, tv stopped recognizing WiFi. Had to hard reset tv. However pleased with the tv and looking forward to getting the update to allow VRR

    Love it! Thought it might be too big at first, but is a perfect size for us! The initial setup by a contract outfit was sub-standard, but the store manager quickly resolved the issue by sending out the Geek Squad to remedy the problems! Kudos to Mark, Jair, and team!

    I really like the 75"Sony. My only concern (and for me it means a lot ) ,is that they changed the way you can listen with the headphones its terrible!!!...You have to constantly "plug" them in and out. I am sure the input plug "will eventually " ware out !! Before you could switch back and forth with the remote...BAD MOVE SONY !!!!
