    Nice picture quality, but doesn’t really matter as the TV won’t work half the time. The WiFi keeps turning off internally and the only way to get it back on is to unplug it and then plug it back in. Spent $2k on a tv that is junk. Don’t buy this TV unless you don’t mind resetting it every other day. It’s an even bigger pain when it’s mounted on the wall and you have to smash you hand behind it to unplug it for a min.

    Love the picture and the TV when it works properly; however, the constant clicking (as it cycles on/off when not in use) is annoying, as is the constant loss of audio sound, and the sporadic inaccessibility of some of the apps. Connectivity should be plug and play but this is not the case. That said, I like the picture menu that provides great illustrations about the various setting, and the Netflix mode (though it's a tad dark). However, if Sony can't get the firmware update to address its well documented issues that it acknowledges, I cannot recommend this TV. In fact, it'll probably be relagatedto the guest bedroom once I find a non-Sony 75inch that checks all of the boxes. I always loved Sony, and grew up with XBR's but this experience has been a nightmare!

    It's a good TV. It is still a bit buggy so make sure to go to the settings and adjust. Picture is not as good as an OLED so don't expect it to be.

    it’s a decent tv overall but atleast 5 times a week I would have to do a manual restart because the sound would stop working. Would have to restart the external inputs because fire stick wouldn’t show up every time after I played my Xbox or Ps5. Wi-Fi would go out randomly. Hopefully the next update will fix these issues. At the end of the day a tv this expensive shouldn’t have all these issues. I returned it and will be waiting for the new 2021 tv line up. Will most likely go for a lg oled.

      Hi Steve, it is really unfortunate to hear you are encountering issues with our X900H and that it needs to be returned. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have in our premium TV. We have identified the cause and have issued a firmware update (v6.0414) to resolve these issues. The TV should have received a notification to download the latest firmware when connected to a network. After the latest firmware is installed, while the TV is on press and hold the power button and choose reset when the option pops up to refresh the content. We will surely take note of your feedback as we always strive to make this a better experience.

    I would have given this a five star. I love the TV but the process to get the TV was horrible. Date kept changing and I ended up getting help to pick it up.
