Weird problem/maybe a WIFI issue/connection issue?

Not sure what the problem was as the exchange TV is actually doing the same thing...maybe a Wifi issue or something....really strange...still not sure if we should just return. Never had that problem with our old TV!

We are sorry you are encountering issues with your TV. We have identified the cause and have issued a firmware update (v6.0414) to resolve this issue. You should have received a notification on your TV to download the latest firmware, just make sure you have an active internet connection. After the latest firmware is installed, while the TV is on press and hold the power button and choose reset when the option pops up.
