    Had it installed by the Geek Squad , they did a nice job but the next day I had a line going across the middle of the screen. Bad Motherboard, I always buy Sony TV's and this is the first time I had a faulty TV. Best Buy is coming out to replace the TV.

    I bought this tv 3 months ago and so far have had sound issues and the TV turning off and on by itself paid 400 for geek squad protection plan set an appointment to have fixed and Noone showed up or even called to reschedule at all

    One of the best normal LED TV's out there. But....

    I was looking for something that has good picture quality, good blacks, large, and was reasonably priced for my living room. And I feel like I accomplished that. Pretty much everything on this TV looks better than real life and it pairs flawlessly with my Sony receiver. And it's REALLY fast. Going from off to Netflix takes like a second. But........ If you are coming from TCL or Samsung you will be very annoyed with the smarts. It's been at least 5 years since I have actually used a TV remote. The applications that work with Samsung and TCL eliminate the need for a remote and they play well with Google Home integration. And to save you the time of downloading a million apps here you go. Search for (Video & TV SideView) by Sony. It's a pretty terrible app compared to the competition but it at least reduces your reliance on the remote as it can fully operate the TV (aren't we in 2020 how does Sony not have better app)? My other complaint is that

    worst tv, worst SOny product ever bought. resets and restart all the time. SOny customer service is unhelpful in resolving the issue.

    TV came cracked. Had to replace with Samsung since they had no other replacements in stock. Bought on Black Friday sale. Great price. However, will never know quality of TV

    Screen dying 2 weeks after 1 year warranty expired. Green/pink blocks periodically flashing on lower section of screen. Do not buy this TV!

    Bad quality for such a price. Our $500 TCL series 4 never gave any issues, Sony disappointed us on this one for sure. would give 0 stars if possible

    Too expensive for something that doesn’t work correctly. Didn’t even have a month and it won’t recognize my surround sound anymore. Then starts glitching

    Horrible picture. Any time you are running 4K @120 hz there is a white haze over the screen. The operating statue is a disaster compared to other TVs.

    Pretty disappointed with this purchase as Sony lied about features that the tv has. There will probably be a class action law suit.

    Hated this TV, I had so many issues with it, you could see all of the pixels, not a smooth picture. Returned for a Samsung tv.
