I mainly watch motorsports, so I was looking to minimize motion blur. This tv does that very well. An OLED would have darker blacks, but this thing makes blacks dark enough that I don't think the huge price hike for an OLED screen is worth it. The android tv system is very responsive. Almost no lag between remote input and the system responding. It's easy to use too. All in all pretty stoked on the purchase.

This is our second Sony television, the last one being an XBR65. We have had it for years and decided we want an extra TV in the house, so I know down the rabbit hole of Television shopping all over again. There are so many new types of TVs that are supposedly special. We went with Sony again because of the awesome quality, beautiful slim bezels, and awesome interface. The screen on this TV is absolutely stunning. Seeing it in the store next to the rest of the Sony lineup and Samsung, LG and other competitors, this one was a clear winner. Yes, there are better TVs out there, but this one was the best quality for this price point that we could find, and the user interface is amazingly quick and smooth. On a side note, after owning our previous TV for almost 4 years Sony did a software update that made the TV even better! I'm hoping they continue with these late software updates to keep the old TVs running smooth. Anyway, I recommend them! And this is a fantastic TV.

Definitely my favorite purchase of 2020. This TV continues to impress me with its deep black tones and crisp vivid images. I have my TV set to 20 on brightness and it is absolutely stunning, even at that low level setting. Price point was just what I needed to feel comfortable and best of all it's a Sony. Such a long lasting reputation in the TV industry.

I purchased this TV almost two years ago and it continues to impress me with high resolution, excellent color and ease of use. My only issue is that some dialogue may be difficult to understand, but I tend to think it may be the show's audio sound track. Definitely a great TV

Ended up (finally!) getting this for my dad's retirement gift (40-year high school teacher). The picture quality, speakers and most of all, picture quality is stunning. Owning a 2018 Q8 series Samsung, the HDR reproduction is immediately noticeable in a very positive way. Much more accurate backlighting to match. Android TV runs very smoothly on this unit. I had no issues with lag of any kind compared to previous models. Getting off that old Mediatek platform from 2015 is really paying off. Was even able to install a webcam directly to the TV to Video in family events and have everyone (same house) on camera together. Hoping Google's rumored "remote as mic" mode pans out because the camera's audio capture needs boosted within their settings. The Sony soundbar I purchased separately also sounded good for a speaker but the whole setup was made a breeze with Sony's matching pairing tech. Glad they can at least make that a breeze. However, I for the life of me could not get a coaxial over-the-air antenna to be picked up on the unit. I'm not sure if it was Android's fault or what. I tried factory resetting (many) times in addition to even trying a USB to coax adapter through a USB port. Normally wouldn't have been a big deal but I just cancelled their TV service and my town is ~70ish miles from broadcasting towers so getting a good antenna signal has been one of the only ways to get them local news. Ended up getting a Sling AirTV2 and its tuners had no problem getting an antenna signal from the wall's same coaxial line. By this point I was so frustrated I slapped a TiVo Stream on the back of my Samsung and got them all set up via Google that route.

this is the first thing you see when you come into my house and people gasp. its huge, black, sexy and performs like a race horse. no one ever said this tv is too big. good for games. movies look great, but really shines at sports. best ui in the business.

Switched from a 65 edge lit Samsung to this bad boy, and its absolutely stunning! Almost OLED quality for half of the price, and 75 inch is exactly what I needed! Full array tv is the way to go if you don't want burn in OLED risk! Android software could be a bit buggy but it can be easily modified so its perfect now :) Def love my new Sony tv!

Great picture quality. Speakers in the television are good enough for everything but movies. Easy to set up with other Sony products. Product design is sleek. Personally I would not feel comfortable mounting this to a wall due to the size and weight, but that's just me. Definitely suggest a good set of tip straps for any standing setup.

Nice picture and easy to use remote. Connects well with my phone. Started off with a Samsung 75" but it gave me a lot of problems. Finally got a refund after 3 months of countless phone calls to them. Replaced the Samsung with this Sony. Love it...never will I buy another Samsung!!

Sony's are the best TV's money an buy. And they just keep getting better, I love this 75inch. Looks beautiful in my home whether on or off, and games run smooth as butter when paired to a PS5. Colors are beutiful and the sound is great.

This 75 inch looks awesome in my living room ! Picture quality is amazing and the the software that operates it is very smart and fast! I paired it up with my Sony PS5 and they work great together, as soon as i turn on the ps5 it turn on the tv automatically and recognizes what Hdmi input its in. Definitely recommend this tv!

Promised VRR update was late in the lifecycle of this TV and completely breaks audio at 4K@120Hz. 4K@120Hz by itself is half baked and blurry. The TV reboots itself constantly. Android TV is sluggish. Still pictures look good though.

I very much like this TV. I rarely give a 5-star for anything, so consider my rating an excellent score. There are other TVs out there that will look brighter and have more "punch", but most of them are going to cost quite a bit more as well. If you are after "true" and "real" color reproduction for a variety of content sources, I don't think this TV will disappoint. It's one of the best values on the market today. And it's a Sony - well-built and made to last at a high level. I bought a 52-inch Bravia in 2009 that, while no longer a main TV, is still going strong with an excellent picture. Sound quality on this TV is also decent. It won't be as good as a competent sound bar, but if you don't have a sound bar, you can take your time figuring out what you want before pulling teh trigger. The native sound from the TV will suffice for just about any content unless you're craving the sounds of huge explosions and crashes from an action movie. My only major complaint is the remote is not backlit. The remote is relatively easy to learn and navigate with, but it's a little tough in the dark. In this day and age, I just don't get why ALL remotes don't have a backlight feature. All in all, unless you are super picky and love unnatural brightness levels that you typically see in the stores, this TV is hard to beat in it's price class. If you can get it on sale (I got it for around $1750), it's even better - a great value! I definitely recommend!

Great TV. Buttons are easy. "TV" immeidiately takes you to TV, and the tv guide is great. "App" button quickly opens page with apps available. Everything is that simple. The voice button is the best. I just say "play" and a movie name, and it shows me the apps i have where the movie is available. Or i can specify the movie and app name, and it goes straight there. Picture is great. We use a soundbar or full surround stereo, so i can't comment on the speakers. Only complaint is that there aren't enought digital audio outputs. Wish i didn't have to plug and unplug auido outs to switch from soundbar to the stereo surround system. The tv also doesn't have inputs for older devices, so we can't plug a DVD player in to tap all our DVD collection. I did notice in the store that my polorized sunglasses did not cause a blackout of the screen when i turned my head. That was definitely an issue with other tv's in the store. Surely a minor thing, but it is irritating for me none-the-less. It helped me choose this high quality tv over the others.

When I saw this TV on display I was amazed by the quality of the picture. I purchased this model but returned it do you get an 85 inch model that didn’t have 120 Hz like this one does. So I got a lesser model but a bigger screen. Mine was only one step down from this so it didn’t bother me too much.

This is the best TV I have ever have,I paid 1500 on black Friday for the 75 inch, if i try to buy the same size in an oled its about 3500 for about almost the same picture quality with the hdmi 2.1 and the Android ecosystem i can not ask for a better tv ,thank you sony for such a great product an a very affordable price.

I recently purchased this TV about a month ago. I haven't bought a tv in 4 years and did a lot of research before purchasing this TV I have fully enjoyed the experience that this tv brings. I had a 50inch Tv form Sony that I moved into my other living room and that I have had for over 4 years. I wanted to get a gaming TV since the new consoles are coming out. I have yet to get the new console, but will update my review once I get one. The TV is bright, clear and the sound is decent. The movies that I have watched on UHD have been amazing. Even my sound bar seems like it has improved with this tv. The blooming does occur when there is lettering, but its rare and doesn't last long since I don't use subtitles, but its very noticeable. The glare can be quite noticeable in scenes that aren't very bright, but I tend to not have much sunlight when my TV is on. I have overall really enjoyed this tv, and I have received the UPGRADE already, but can't see the difference, since I don't have the gaming system yet. I recommend this TV and suggest buying a sound bar, if sound is important to you, but that's for most tv's.

This is a great looking TV and even better with full 4K connected. It has a great menu that is easy to operate and several ways to find what you are looking for with all of the available apps. Tough deciding what size to get but I have not been disappointed getting the 75 inch. The only negative is that the computer seemed buggy at first, but seemed to go away after a firmware update.

This TV is PERFECT!!! Waited to buy this tv for some time, so glad I finally got it. Replaced my Sony 70” 1080p with this WOW!!!! 4K HDR 120hz Dolby Vision Sony 75” Master piece!!! Now only if I could get my hands on a PS5 to replace my PS4 Pro:) Than I’ll be able to really get the full enjoyment out of this PERFECT TV.
