Getting a 75 inch for $1600 was a no brainer. Coming from a 55inch 1080p Sony from 10 years ago which i paid $2400 is well worth the upgrade. There was nothing wrong with my old Sony just needed 4k and 120hz for the new gaming consoles. "If you want to beat a Sony, get another Sony"! Four star because not all hdmi ports is hdmi 2.1, only ports 3 and 4 is.

Thank you William for advising me well! I came into the store wanting another make of TV and William showed me this Sony and he was dead on with his assessment. I think for my budget and with my size need of a 75” TV this was by far the best option available. I’ve seen a 65” OLED from another make and I honestly see this TV being as good or maybe even better in picture quality.

We returned every other TV we purchased to make sure that each TV in the home was the equivalent to this one. Sony is an incredible brand. Samsung TV volume is terrible. I would prefer a Vizio over a Samsung. Sony is top-of-the-line. The ease of access for all of the controls is phenomenal.

If I had to do it again, I'd find something in the $1500 range! The Remote was hard to read, and nothing backlit...Yes, you can use your phone but I'm too busy running a business with it! Terrible sound! Sounder issues with any make! No real room to attach a soundbar directly to TV

Sony 75” X900h

Arguably the best combination of quality to cost. My wife and kids and I watch everything from Star Wars and marvel to studio ghibli to pride and prejudice. Same with video games....Valhalla and final fantasy vii remake to Minecraft and Diablo 3. Have not had a single issue nor wished I had waited to get the X950h. Granted I will still upgrade to the 85” X950J but ultimately will still stick with Sony. Better than the Q80 and the NanoCell and I am not on the OLED train just yet because they are way too expensive at and above 55”. The absolute only downfall is it does have a very wide footprint so plan accordingly if you intend to place it on an entertainment center. All in all best starter high end TV. PS...turn off motionflow. Gimmicky. Becomes choppy. Don’t have issues with action sequences or shooters without it so it’s basically useless.

Only model with NexGen OTA TV Tuner

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use OTA and get 32 channels free and sharper that what my $200/month cable service offered, plus 6 seconds sooner because one travels through the air antenna to antenna and the other has to go through all the wires, fried rodent grounds, and corroded connections. As a bonus, this model in particular has the new NexGen TV Tuner that will be able to decode the 4k OTA broadcasts that are soon to come, as if the current resolution was not sharp enough. I have mine on a fold up TV stand....JK....a 6' wide custom built media chest and only see the power cable from one side and the split loom for the data cables on the other side. The video quality and audio are very good. No worries for burn-in as with OLED and being one step behind the curve a good price point. Delivery was done on a Saturday to give us in the working class the convenience of not having to schedule time off from work or worry about damage trying to get it home.

Best Bang for Your buck for next gen gaming

Great blacks and the HDR is AMAZING! got it for gaming and just waiting on the Manufacturer to release the update for VRR and ALLM. other than that its got the 120 hz ready for next gen gaming.

I was streaming and the colors and picture quality blew me away. I just sat in amazement for a while- and that was just streaming content online from the TV apps. I knew immediately that I had so much better quality. I truly have a hard time believing that I need a better TV. With that said, I knew right away I downgraded on audio quality. My Rear Projection TV was quite a bit bulkier and probably had room for better speakers though, so that makes sense. I may actually get a sound bar with this TV and I am against Sound Bars. The TV should be good enough for sound but maybe how thin these TVs are getting, a sound bar is a must. Also, fair warning, this TV took me about 25 minutes to check for updates when I first booted it up so be patient with that.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.upgrading from a 4k Sony 55 inch x900E, now there was nothing wrong that tv, in fact it is a great tv in its own right. however, as we all know the new ps5 is releasing shortly and i been eyeballing tvs for 4k 120hz. i know, i know pc master race and all that jazz. however i wanted to get a nice paired tv for the ps5 and i also been wanting to upgrade to a larger tv for some time now. this was exactly what i was looking for. the colors, the luminosity, the flowing image quality are excellent. it basically carries on the x900 series very well, did i mention the size of the screen really grabs you when viewing most ultra hd or even hd content? i strongly recommend using bestbuy's app that allows you to photograph your room and compare tv sizes for what ever area you intend to place it in. also buy a backlight/ambient light kit, it really eases your eyes and helps your focus on the screen, it also gives it a nice home cinema feel when viewing films.

I can’t complain, I’m not super knowledgeable about TVs and I’m not super particular about what to look out for but so far this tv hasn’t given me any issues and it’s been plug n play— Simple clean and user friendly. Love watching everything on this thing.

It's future proof with the firmware update to HDMI 2.1, and it does 4K at 120 HZ from the correct source. Very happy with the aesthetics and performance. It was a choice between this and the Vizio, but the inputs were the deciding factor.

Blacks are inki and almost no blooming contrast is good . Gaming feat. Are good also . It could be a little brighter to make the hdr pop more . Final thoughts well over all tv for the money you won't be disappointed.

A Great Mid-Range Sony!

Had previously owned a Samsung Qled which is known for its massive color spectrum. Have come to notice that with a little tweaking in the settings this Sony matches the Qled pretty nicely. The overall picture is crisp & clear as expected with any 4K television. The sound on this television has alittle more "meat on the bones" than most other similar Mid-Range tv's in this price range. Video games, television & media discs look awesome as well. Really enjoyed delving into the fairly vast picture settings offered on this model. If I had any gripe at all, it would have to be the tv's interface. It's a bit more grandiose than it needs to be. Navigation is less intuitive than on the aforementioned Qled. Would however, certainly highly recommend this television for anyone looking for a great picture and decent sound!
