    The tv has a good picture but it's weird. Had to try 4 different earc cables before getting it to work. It switches from regular picture to portrait every time I turn the tv on

While we're glad you like the good picture quality of this TV, we regret to hear that you're having an issue with the picture switches to portrait when you turn on the TV. This is usually not the case for our TVs nor the experience we want you to have. To isolate the issue, please try to remove the devices that are connected to the TV to see if any of those devices triggers the tv to switch to portrait mode. Also, please make sure that the firmware version of the TV is up-to-date.
