On a daily basis I have to restart the TV atleast 2-3 times. Internet connection drops and refuses to reconnect, regardless of whether connected via LAN or Wi-Fi. TV starts by itself at random times after turning it off. And while on, refuses to go on standby and turn off by itself despite having set it to do that...so usually it turns on by itself and stays on all night now. I did buy the protection plan so hopefully Best Buy experts will be able to figure something out but my hunch is that they will ask to replace because the unit is defective. First time in my life having so much trouble with a Sony...I’ve had Sony TVs all my life.

The blooming on this TV is horrible and if you google the reviews of this TV everyone has complained about it and is the achilles heel of this TV from being great. I returned it and purchased an LG OLED

There are few features missing until you update the firmware. Apple airplay becomes visible and functional when you update the firmware. Just make sure you update it as soon as you get it.
