Streaming is also exceptional. Only problems are lack of Apple TV+ app (which I hope becomes available soon) and I would think they should have had a lighted remote.

Great picture. Clear clean and the black is as black as you can get without going to an OLED, If you like gaming, this is the tv to buy. If you like Netflix, this is the tv for that too. Even the sound is pretty decent. Without a sound bar. But you most likely will want to add one with a sub. But you DONT need to. But be honest with yourself. If you’re buying an 85 inch tv. He’ll add some extra bass with that :)

TV shuts off for no reason quite a bit. Just reboots. I've had to unplug power to it three times and I have yet to find out how to clear out an input that is setup for me. Nothing in the manual, nothing online, guess I am calling Sony tech support. Oh and while it is an Android TV, forget downloading AT&T apps. I asked the salesman SPECIFICALLY since I have AT&T TV and he said oh of course you can download that app. Yeah, no. If I had to do it over, I would go with the Samsung.

I did my research online and tweaked the settings to make the picture even better. The only issue I had was when I set the audio output to use EARC my Samsung sound bar would shutoff. I would have taken stars off for this but I realized it was my HDMI cables. I bought high speed cables and after connecting them, no issues. After a few setting tweaks and buying new HDMI cord I am very happy with this TV.

I still have a 55 inch Sony Bravia that I bought 10 years ago. Nothing wrong with it and never had any issues. Since then, I’ve bought 3 other Sony Bravias (a 40 inch, 75 inch and this 85 inch). This 85 inch X900H that I just bought is AMAZING! The picture is so vivid and the sound is crisp. Quick to setup and pair with my receiver for surround sound. Totally happy with it! It’s an investment that you won’t regret!

The menu system is amazing and the tv menu setup was very good. It looks so clear. The think I liked the least about this tv is the feet. They just clip in. They do not snap or screw in. This has its disadvantages when you lift the tv to place it the feet just slide out. This is very heavy tv. So when you go to place it you really need 2 people.

Compared to my X800H that has darker corners, this TV has uniform almost 3D like picture. Not quite the same as OLED in my other room, but very close. AirPlay and everything else works flawlessly too. I used the flush mount Sanus LL11 mount, and the result is astonishing. Get this over the 800 if you don’t need a very wide viewing angle.
