I just scraping the tip of the iceberg with all the features I am sure but wow. First the picture is incredible, I mean really full and bright. The OS is easy to use. One thing I loved was it needed an update, I was like, oh here we go with flashing it. Nope pulled it thru wifi and it installed. Wonderful.

Easy home screen droid app navigation. TV speakers quality suprisingly good; however as with all tvs, nothing beats an additional sound system. JBL 5.1 sound bar with subwoofer synced very easily to the TV and Sony volume controlled remote.

Good but not great. Great with additional sound bar. Only problem we had was it’s not impact resistant. Don’t let kids toys come in contact with screen. I’d buy it again but, hope for a lower price.

For the price and the picture quality in my opinion I don’t think it can be beat. Some say the 950 is a better television OK it may be but I don’t see the $1500 difference in the 85 inch so if you’re in the market for a new television give this one a try at least give it a look.

That’s been the problem with the Sony TVs for a while and Sony won’t take care of anything lot better picture than my old Sony that was four years old. I did buy the extended warranty from Best Buy just in case

Higher end tv that supports next gen gaming can't go wrong. THIS IS NOT SN OLED. I only type this because people always comment and compare. Its an awesome led tv at a really good price. In all honestly I did have an issue and had to contact Sony and they replaced the main board and now it’s basically perfect. Are there better TV’s out there? Sure, if you want to spend another grand.. but for the money this is a great TV I would buy it again.

I have the 65” 950 series in my living and thought I’d be disappointed in the 900 for my new theater room in 85” but man was I wrong. Everyone who watches it can’t believe how great the picture is. Don’t really notice any drop off from the 950 and it was $1,500 less....

Biggest issue I have is with the wifi. It has issues maintaining a connection, which I did read is an issue with this tv. I decided to hard-wire the tv in which resolved. Other than that, the other thing I'm learning is how the setting work. Still not 100% certain on certain aspects (it looks like it's per input plus per app). Picture quality is superb. I do recommend this tv.

For your Wi-Fi issue, please try following the steps below to isolate the problem:
• The Wi-Fi signal strength is weak
- Place the router close to your TV, then check if the signal strength has improved.
• Your TV is too close to the router
- It is recommended that the TV and router be at least 1 meter (3 feet) apart.
• Other devices are connected to the same network
- If other devices are downloading large-sized files, such as videos, the network speed may slow down. Cancel or wait until this activity completes and try again.
• Restart your TV and reset your router
- To restart your TV, press and hold the POWER button on the remote control for about five seconds until Power off appears on the TV screen.
- To reset the router, check your router manual for instructions.
• Interference from other wireless devices
- If multiple wireless devices or electric equipment, such as microwave ovens, are used at home, it may affect the Wi-Fi performance of your TV. Power off these devices when not in use, or keep them away from your TV.
- Electromagnetic interference may also occur depending on the location of the TV. If possible, change its location and check if the performance improves.
• Check the frequency band setting of your router (for dual-band routers)
- Some routers support multiple frequencies (ex: 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz), if your router supports this feature, try a different frequency.

(I've owned 5) The XBR85X900H is a welcomed addition to my living room. The picture quality is great, so far and I'm learning the correct options to turn off to improve the video quality. Yes, you actually have to turn off certain video options to improve the picture quality. As soon as I find the right combination for optimal NFL games I'll come back for 5 stars...
