Viewing angles hold up well. Used mostly for Netflix and XBox. Does seem to hang up about once a month requiring it to be unplugged.

Over all picture is good but there was a color banding and horizontal banding especially visible in grey screen. Another issue i had was a wifi kept getting disconnecting.it was a annoying bug.

This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have on our premium TV. If you haven't yet, please try performing a power reset to refresh the content of your TV.
1. Turn off your TV.
2. Unplug the AC power cord.
3. Leave your TV unplugged for two minutes, then plug it back in.
4. Turn on your TV.
5. Press Home menu and check if the lines are still visible.
For the Wi-Fi issue, this issue will be addressed in an upcoming software update. In the meantime, you need to restart the TV each time the Wi-Fi connection turns off:
• On the remote control, press and hold the Power button until Restart appears on the TV screen, and then press Enter to restart it.

ARC function and Bluetooth don't work same time

This TV can't output sound to the speaker/headphones and soundbar when using the Bluetooth and HDMI ARC function at the same time. My three years old Sony 55 inch TV worked with both ARC and Bluetooth at the same time.

I really thought I did my research but you know until you get it home and set up ..you just don't know. It is a good tv but I thought I was paying for great. The overall picture quality is just not great. We have a Samsung in the bedroom and the picture on the Samsung is without question 100% better. I wish I could return this but of course you only get 14 days to do this. Will not buy Sony again. I should have stayed with Samsung...

TV has unsolveable sound issues

When I turn on E-ARC mode to unlock full potential of Dolby Atmos, my sound will cut out every few seconds. After a couple days, the sound will completely turn off until I unplug TV from wall. I have talked to Sony Customer Service multiple times, but they refuse to do anything about the TV. They will not even cover it under warranty. I have to use the TV with basic Dolby Digital on my Atmos Home Theater in the meantime to get any sound.

We are sorry you are having a Wi-Fi issue. This problem can be fixed by updating the software of your TV to the latest version (6.0414). You should have received a notification on your TV to download the latest firmware, just make sure you have an active internet connection. If the issue persists, please follow the steps below:
• The Wi-Fi signal strength is weak
- Place the router close to your TV, then check if the signal strength has improved.
• Your TV is too close to the router
- It is recommended that the TV and router be at least 1 meter (3 feet) apart.
• Other devices are connected to the same network
- If other devices are downloading large-sized files, such as videos, the network speed may slow down. Cancel or wait until this activity completes and try again.
• Restart your TV and reset your router
- To restart your TV, press and hold the POWER button on the remote control for about five seconds until Power off appears on the TV screen.
- To reset the router, check your router manual for instructions.
• Interference from other wireless devices
- If multiple wireless devices or electric equipment, such as microwave ovens, are used at home, it may affect the Wi-Fi performance of your TV. Power off these devices when not in use, or keep them away from your TV.
- Electromagnetic interference may also occur depending on the location of the TV. If possible, change its location and check if the performance improves.
• Check the frequency band setting of your router (for dual-band routers)
- Some routers support multiple frequencies (ex: 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz), if your router supports this feature, try a different frequency.
