Sound issues

I have a re-do appointment next week for them to remedy the situation.

Had initial challenges when it kept dropping internet connectivity and had to reboot (keep power button pressed until it restarted). Also ended up loading latest firmware. Its been working well since then.

We’re not sure which brand of soundbar you have your TV connected to, however, please ensure both are on the latest firmware. If you still have the unit, please perform a firmware update. Love mostly everything so far. Only reason I gave it 4 is every once in awhile you have to reset the tv for the online apps to work.
