You can go a day or two with no issues, then will need to restart the TV two or three times in one hour. TV must be turned off and on to restore signal to external devices. Android operating system or the TV in general has other issues. Features such as internet, audio or video will randomly stop working. TV must be unplugged from wall to restart, turning off and on does not resolve the issue. Picture is very nice when it does work, but for the price it should not have so many issues. I have never had issues with other TVs like I have had with this unit.

We are so sorry about what happened and for the inconvenience. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have on our premium TV. We have identified the cause for these issues and have issued a firmware update (v6.0414) to resolve the problem. You should have received a notification on your TV to download the latest firmware, just make sure you have an active internet connection. For more information, please visit https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs-android-/xbr-85x900h/downloads. After the latest firmware is installed, while the TV is on press and hold the power button and choose reset when the option pops up to refresh the content.
