Mediocre speed but great visual

Thank you for the feedback. The TV sometimes needs to be refresh. Power reset the TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. Please be assured we take this feedback very seriously and continuously strive to improve our products.
