Works great! Does everything I expected and more...

I've used this suction cup mount on both the Sony HDR-AS20 Action Cam and the Kodak Playsport Camera, both of which have the required tripod screw at the base. The mount held the cameras firmly and is easy to adjust. Even with my Action Cam mounted outside on the front fender of the car, the suction cup held tight throughout a very long road trip. It came through with flying colors both inside on the windshield and outside on the metal body. The mount also comes with a 3" extension that installs easily. I didn't need it but the instructions for installing the extension are crystal clear. It's a useful and well-designed unit and I'm very happy with the purchase.

This mount is solidly built. The suction cup provides a very secure mount. The base is a bit large, so limits the location where you can use this. It has a standard size bolt, so will fit most cameras.

This is a very sturdy mount which stayed in place on the outside window of my car while performed 100+ mph laps on a race track

its a nice mount can be used on any smooth surface and you can put it in almost any position its well built and the threads are long enough to be used with any camera mount

Don't be fooled, you can use this on any lightweight threded camera. IT was good and easy to use. Easy to tighten, easy to secure. The only issue is if you need a low profile it is hard and takes some creativity.

It's a little bulky but overall worth the purchase

Got this mount to use with JVC Adixxion and drive the tail of the dragon and cherohala skyway. Mount attached firmly to windshield and never let go. Like I said it did what it was supposed to do very well.

The suction cup on this is great and holds very well. I use this for a camera inside my car mounted on t e windshield.

I use this for storm chasing on the inside of my dash and it works great! Will be investing in more for my other cameras

Not a Sony Branded Product. Seems Sony does not make a mount of this type any longer, and this is a substitute. To be fair, Best Buy's Product description does not say the mount itself is made by Sony, but it also does not indicate that it is not. It serves the purpose, but I was not pleased to find out that I had been mislead into believing I had purchased an actual Sony product. I was very disappointed when I picked up my order.
