It is a camera that I read the reviews extensively before I purchased it.....it's easier to use then I expected...great photos too!

FIrst of all, this Camera is great for people looking to replace their older DSLRs. The body is more compact than an traditional DSLR, but still has the same options available. The camera takes unreal night time shots! THe sensor is more than adequate for what I use the camera for: Outdoors, Nature, Hiking trips, and family/vacation photos. The lenses are good for an starter kit, but nothing to brag about.

bought this to do macro photography; package came with 2 very good lenses.the auto settings make quick start very easy. enjoying learning how to optimize this camera.

I got this camera for my wife for Christmas, and she loves it! The camera takes some amazing pictures, and has a ton of features.

My daughter loves her new camera. Both easier to use and carry around. The wifi connection makes it easy to send photos anywhere.

A well thought out camera design, with a full range of features and compactness due to it's technology makes it very easy to use. The image quality is excellent, (comparable to a SLR w/ mirrors) in bright outdoor and low indoor light. It is fast for action shots as well. I feel it is suitable for an amature or professional photographers use. I for one, am very satisfied.

The camera takes great pictures. I'm just starting out with nature shots and so far the camera takes great pictures. Like the weight of the camera and is less bulky than the other DSLR's out there.

My wife and I have had an Olympus for almost 10 years, but there were memory card issues. It was time to upgrade, rather than struggle and miss shots. This will be a great camera. It is lighter, smaller, and takes sharper pictures than our old Olympus. We have a soccer player in the family and the rapid shot feature here was the final straw to buy this camera.

I love this camera! The automatic point and shoot feature is excellent for novices and the advanced features enable one to grow and experiment to make something uniquely beautiful. I bought this camera for a trip to Hawaii and all the pictures are amazing! Our entire group and all of my family and friends couldn't get enough of them. At first I was ambivalent about the telephoto lens, but it came in very useful. I'm so happy with this purchase.

Package with bag and telephoto lens is great value. Camera and lens are much lighter and compact than old slr replaced.

Ok, so this camera gets mixed reviews but the reality is that it's a fantastic unit. It's small and compact but the features are top notch. It's standard lens is terrible but the extra lens is worth every penny. In the under i believe it comes out to free which is even better. Negatives would be no external mic for recording but you can add one that's independent for like $50. Overall great camera, great pictures, great experience.

Love the size and weight. . Much lighter and smaller than DSLR but takes great photos and videos.
