Great video Camera but.....

Beautiful video quality and you can’t beat Zeiss lenses. I recommend shooting at 60 FPS and make sure you pan slowly.

Excellent 4k Camcorder by Sony

Super clear video's
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 4K camera shoots VERY clear video and I love the fact that the AX100 has the manual ability. I also love the fact that it has the built in ND filters. I just wish the camera had the BOSS image stabilization which is better than the "active stabilization". I also don't know why Sony did not build time lapse and slow motion into this camera. 4 Star rating because of the lack of features that many lower priced camcorders have. I have a Cannon vixia R60 that has time lapse and slow motion but it is lower in pixels and FPS. It was a toss up between the AX100 and AX53 but I went with the AX100 mainly for the manual controls.

After a little more research I decided it was worth it to me and I didn’t really want the touchscreen this one has. The 700 has a toggle instead and TWO memory card slots. But if you don’t mind touchscreen and want to save a few hundred then stick with this one. It’s worth it!
