Purchased open-box, the price was okay. Considering ALL the accessories; AC adapter, power cord, micro HDMI cable, USB connection support cable, Owner's manual, Flash Memory Rechargeable InfoLITHIUM V Series battery, Remote commander with battery, lens hood, lens cap were missing. I felt they could have done much more on pricing. Battery cost $74, Charger cost $50 Memory card ost $40 Cables cost $40 Remote Cost about $200 You would think they would store the accessories in a safe place when putting items on display.

Excellent video quality in 1080p and 4k. Great color match to my a6300 camera.

Works well and the quality is great for the price; quality is 30 fps for 4k. Heat is pretty decent haven't had any problems yet. Overall very happy with it

I use this this as overgrown webcam to record video lectures for my college classes. It give me studio quality video in my home office / studio. I have it mounted on a microphone stand on my monitor shelf. Have also used it to record lots of over things. Easy to use, outstanding quality.

My 16 year old son wanted this for his Birthday and it's very user friendly.

We are very pleased with this camera from Sony. One of the biggest differences between this camera and others is the 1 inch CMOS sensor compared to the 1/2 inch found in most others. This camera operates very well in low light areas.

Since my Sony DCR-DVD402 camera served me well for 12 years, I decided to step up to this camera and am very pleased with its features. The 2 most outstanding ones are: 1-The Dual Video Recording and 2-Wi-Fi function to transfer MP4 movies and photos to a smartphone and saving movies and photos to a computer. This camera is a winner!

Good Low light performance and great looking video .

This camera has great in camera auto. The 1" sensor makes for great video picture. The size is not too big and not too small. I bought two of them. Make sure you buy the right card that will be able to record 4k. I recommended this to a friend and he bought one.

Been looking at this camera for a while and got a great price open box; been playing around with it and I like that you can manually change a lot of the setting.

I coach 2 youth basketball teams and I use this to record both teams. The picture is really clear. Pretty easy to use and good size. Would definitely recommend

This is really a great camera. The 1" sensor at 4K looks better than older cameras like the EX1. If you need a second camera or lightweight camera for travel this one is for you.

So many bells and whistles, this can do everything I need... and more. Feels good in my hand too.

I am impressed by the easy instructions to operate this small but powerful Sony Camcorder, my wife is not technologically savvy but she loves it.
