Nice blue ray player for the price. Sony makes a great product. It was easy to set up. Nice and small.

This is a fine product and worked flawlessly right out of the box. Connected the HDMI to my Epson projector and it produced a sharp colorful picture as expected from a Sony product. It is very small and easily placed in your home theater.

Installed easily, connected to home network quickly, streams Vudu much better and faster than our tv. Only complaint is that when using it with a media server, you have to return to the home screen and go back through the menu system to get to another file instead of being able to just go back to the menu, a pain if you've got a complex file system.

Very good picture on our old TV. We debated over getting a 4K instead of the 4K Upscaling. After a google search on what the difference was, we think the upscaling may make old DVD's look better... Will have to try that out...

Very nice and clear. Very little space needed. User friendly

The longest time to install this item was to unwrap it. Setup was almost instantaneous and the instructions were spot-on. The results are a easy to use unit that produces an excellent picture and easily streams from a wide variety of services at a reasonable price. I would definitely purchase again

Very sleek and compact design and very feature rich. Too many apps included to list plus 4k upscaling plus it plays 3d blu Ray's which I didn't even realize before purchasing. Also wifi enabled. I did a lot of research before ultimately deciding on thos model and I'm very happy with my purchase.

While searching for an inexpensive blue ray player for my movie room. I found this one. Sometimes you get what you pay for and sometimes you get bargains. This player was a bargain , It is comparable to the player I have in the main living room,but half the cost. I would recommend this player if you don't have the big bucks.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up my DVD player. I am some what technically challenged and leave all electronics for my better half but I was anxious to use my DVD player. It was a breeze and I love the fact that prime, Netflix and YouTube were available .

Absolutely love it! The apps are cool and allows me to watch my Amazon Prime Video. I'm also able to watch movies and sports with other apps I've never used before. Very easy setup. The remote is small but it has a ton of features that make navigating the player a snap. I've owned other video devices but this one is by far the best.

This is a mid-level Sony basic smart Bluray player. I managed to get it as an open box unit, in excellent condition, with the box and everything. I saved about $20 off reg. price, which I liked and the player works fine. Nothing fancy. A click up from basic and a click down from the 7000 model. It replaced a similar Sony unit from a few years back where lately the dvd drawer wouldn't open or close. Their reviews say they don't last long, and I agree. But the competition costs a lot more. And I would just as soon as get a new replacement every few years, with maybe better features than spend 50%–2x for a longer lasting unit. In fact it's my third Sony DVD/Bluray player over time. (I just gave away a longer lived Panasonic player, but is huge.) The Sonys are not expensive, function OK, are small and disposable over time.

This 4K player please all your DVDs with Wi-Fi so you don't have to plug it up to internet the resolution is excellent with the 4K disc and it makes regular DVDs look better

I have yet to try the 4K upscaling, but aside from that this blu-ray player has been great!

The player has been great for the last 13 months. It is starting to have to be rebooted every once in a while by unplugging it. Seeing it is still being sold, I am thinking of replacing it with another unit of the same kind.

I love my dvd player, It's small and it fits behind my tv. Also the quality is amazing!!

Number one on my list for a top line Upscaling Blu-ray Player. I am 72 years old and for had eight Players. This is far and away the best one in every way you want in a Biu-ray Player. P.S Top of the line.

It performs well. The interface is user-friendly and I really appreciate its compact size. It feels cheaply built though, the little plastic flap looks like it will be break in no time. I've only had it for a month so can't speak for durability - if it does last I will update my review. Overall pleased, and would recommend it.
