Works great easy to use and navigate its a perfect addition to a non smart tv or to watch 4k movies on 4k tv’s.

Wow this was a great deal for what I purchased. It is the best value for what you get. Most other units with the same options cost twice as much. I'm very happy with this purchase. You put in a Blu-ray or DVD and it plays in less than 3 seconds. It even up-scales the Apps. we use it to stream the apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon) and the 4K really comes alive on the 4K TV. I would recommed this unit. I would like to answer this review in a year to give a complete long term review.

This is a great product. I play dvds, blue rays and music cds with it.

Ease of use and has streaming abilities that i need. Replaced a blue ray DVD player that was 6 years old.

DVD player works very well. Cat especially likes watching the drawer open & close. WiFi apps work well...a little slow to start and connect, but once on works great. Has featured apps for PS video, Prime, Hulu, Nflx, Tubi, Vudu, Crackle, Movies now & you can set your desired apps on the "your apps" screen. Also allows connection to a bluetooth device to play your music. No problems thus far.

Works perfectly and easy to use. Small doesn’t take much room. All the necessary apps are there.

Very easy to install and connect to wifi. Very responsive to controls. Two things I would like different; should have a larger display to indicate it is on (only has a very small light that I cannot see from the couch), and would like to have an indicator display, when on pause, as to how much time has elapsed and how much time is left on the DVD.

I was looking for a Blu-Ray 3D player to replace one that failed after 13 years of service because I still have 3D televisions and movies. Best Buy online does not describe the Sony BDP-S6700 player as having 3D capability. While visiting a store, I happened upon one in a box and discovered that it indeed can play 3D. The player may be NOS since online reviews are from 2016. That was about the time that companies stopped making 3D home television products. The sales associate was very helpful. After purchasing a player and putting it through trials, I later bought a second one. Between the two units, I should be able to keep one running for many years to come.

This Blue Ray player was easy to install, excellent quality and great price. 3D was a must and it delivered.

I bought this because it was fairly cheap. I have a collection of dvds and Blu-ray’s because im old school. I like to have a physical copy so if my internet goes out for whatever reason i can still watch something.

I have an older TV that does not have internet built in so have to rely on my DVD player to provide that service. I had to buy a fire stick for Prime TV and finally decided to upgrade my Blu-ray player. This Sony is absolutely wonderful, it has Prime, Netflix and may other available choices. I would highly recommend this player, the quality is the best.
