Bought to use while I am exercising upstairs and want to hear the TV downstairs (my gym is in a loft)
After fiddling with the Sony TV to get it to pair, it is working now, but all volume is transferred to the headed and TV audio is muted (thus 4 not 5 stars)
Once I figure that out, I will update my rating
Unit itself is compact, comfortable and the sound is adequate. Stereo yes, but compared to in ear or over ear is not the same. I would compare to a bone conducting model

This neck band speaker is nice. It works great with my phone, was easy to pair and the sound quality is good. They were not so great for my Zoom or Teams calls. The sound would cut out for notifications on the laptop, so if a new email came in sound would drop from my meeting. I ended up closing my email so I could hear better. I was told that my voice sounded robotic or digitized when I would speak sometimes, even though I was right in front of my laptop. But, for using with my phone or listening to music or podcasts I think they work fine. I imagine they would be great to watch TV with as well.

Excellent! Even better than we anticipated. The music sound just being there around your neck is incredible. Perfect quality yet others around tou barely hear it.

This item was not loud enough for my client to use. He didn't care for the way it fits around his neck.
We are really sorry if the volume/loudness of our SRS-NB10 Wireless Neckband Speaker didn't live up to your expectations. This is definitely not the news that we would like to hear. Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. For the volume/loudness, you can easily control volume to a level that’s comfortable for you by touching the volume button on the side of this Sony neckband speaker. However, depending on the BLUETOOTH device, it may be necessary to adjust as well the volume or set the audio output setting on the connected device. You may also try using different Bluetooth devices to isolate the problem.

I hope this helps.

These wireless devices are not great you could hardly hear the music playing and they fall of your neck.
For as much money I spent on them and there Sony you think they were worth the money, but sadly they are not.

Shuts down randomly

I had high hopes for these but they have a serious issue. The headphones will shut off randomly right in the middle of a conference call. I am not talking about BT disconnecting. I am talking about it shuts off. You have to push the power button again to turn them on (you can tell they shut off because when you push the power button again, it says "Power On". Battery is at 90%, so its not a low power issue. This is my second pair and same thing. Sony support had me do a reset, but could offer no other help. I see reports starting to pop up of similar experiences. Since these are so new, I expect more reports will start rolling in. Being cutoff in a work conference call, is a serious issue.
