This television has a clear, crisp picture, a quick refresh rate, is easy to assemble, light, easy to move and was an excellent value.

Bought this TV about 2 months ago when my old Sony died. Price was very reasonable - Best Buy price matched Amazon with no issues. I love this TV! . Picture is beautiful. Easy to setup and love the "smart TV" functionality.

This is a really nice smart TV. It was easy to set up and I am not super tech savvy. The color is really great and I have had no problems with the TV. It is easy to set up the Internet and stream video's from amazon prime etc. I am still learning more about the Internet capabilities and wish the instructions had a little more detail about what you can do.

This is my 2nd Sony Bravia that I own & I love the picture quality. Bought this 48" for the living room & retired the smaller TV to the bedroom. It was easy to setup & also like the fact that it is a Wi-Fi Smart TV. The audio is good, but can't wait to add the Sony HT-XT1 sound bar.

I've always been a proud owner of Sony products and highly recommend Sony. TV has great clarity and easy access to apps and easy to figure out how to go online and remote is very simple and easy to use. Excellent TV!!

Good Overall TV as almost all Sonys are but for the price $550 when I bought & exchanged for Samsung 50" 6200 Series for $20 more I would have expected android smart TV UI for a below-50" non-4k TV... esp. when When refresh rate is only 60hz (do not be fooled by XR Reality Motion Rate - even the 960 XR Reality Motion rate Sonys are just 120hz Native ("actual") refresh Rate and the 480 XR tvs are still mostly 60hz for the 2015 model Sony TVs. TV is great looking with LED indicator - stylish black finish and BLADE THIN so if you want to pay for a good looking tv that impresses even while TV is off this is a solid option and 75% of the tv is BLADE THIN so bulk of weight is in bottom 6 inches of the tv so easy to maneuver when mounted as well as when attached to base/on-a-stand

This system has a good selection of inputs for external devices. The 60Hz refresh helps my older VHS tapes look very good. There is a lot of flexibility for adjusting the picture quality. I would like to find a setting to disable the chime sound each time a selection is made from a menu.

Great picture, even when using an antenna like we are instead of cable provider. Ease of set up and installation took only a few minutes and we quickly were able to understand the controls and how to located and save channels - again using only an inside TV antenna.

Great picture,but remote control is way to complicated . I'm a long way from a tech dummy and this tv has features I'll never use because I can't figure out how to access them. At least not without spending a half hour reading owners manual! And I refuse to do so. Maybe they should follow Apples example of a more intuitive product

Sony Bravia is the only way to go when buying a big screen TV! I purchased this for my daughter's first apt as I wanted her to have a TV that would last a long time. I have 2 Sony Bravia's in my house a 48 in and a 32 in which I have had for 6 years with no issues or problems. The picture is clear and crisp. I have home theater system hooked up to my 48 in and a sound bar to my 32 in. They work amazing with them.

An excellent TV at a very reasonable price. Very easy to set up, easy to access features. Picture quality is excellent and color is proper right out of the box. A great TV for your living room or family room.

stared at the screens for an hour at the best buy store....went there to purchase a samsung but this sony kept catching my eye, it had the best picture....didn't really need a smart tv but i'm glad i got it...ethernet connection gives great hd picture from the internet.

I was looking for an average big size screen with better picture and sound quality in a budget of around USD600/- This TV covers all including refresh rate of 240hz. Amazing TV with good value for money.

I'm very pleased with this unit. The picture and size are perfect for our room, and the faster refresh rate helps make the action scenes smooth and easy to watch. The interface is intuitive and makes it easy to adjust all the features, of which there are many. The television distinguishes among all the input components on its own so I no longer have to switch to DVD, etc myself, it just handles it, which is nice. It would get five stars, but the remote is a little annoying in the way it's configured, so you have to pay attention to make sure you don't go to Netflix when you only wanted to skip forward. All in all a nice, inexpensive television that happens to be the best I have ever owned. I think that's what I wanted.

This is my first big screen TV purchase. I have a small living room, so I felt 48"-50" was as big as I needed. I did want a TV with both composite and component inputs, as I still have several VHS tapes that I want to be able to occasionally watch. This TV was easy to handle for a single older guy like myself, and attaching the stand was easy. I like the attractive metal stand and the narrow bezel. It was a toss-up between Sony and Samsung when I bought this TV, but I felt the Sony was a bit more attractive than the Samsung, and I've had great luck with Sony Trinitron CRT TV's in the past. The picture quality was excellent right out of the box, and the sound quality is good for a flat-screen TV. I'm very pleased with the overall performance. I realize I won't get the longevity from a flat panel TV that I did from CRT TV's, but I'm hoping for 5-10 years reliable performance.

my very first impression was how very light this tv was. My set is a 55in vizio and it was much heavier. setup was very easy. Even hooked up her old vcr plus a DVD player and cable box. Everything looks good and the sounds is good really don't need a sound bar.

The Sony Bravia is an outstanding product. I read all the reviews beforehand so I was expecting it to be great but it is even better than I had hoped. Amazing picture and super easy to get started with. The on screen directions are clear and "idiot proof".

This was a great purchase. Even got it on sale. Excellent picture quality with plenty of features. Used alot for HD gaming on PS4. Sony is still one of the great brands with a quality product. Not getting cheap by removing extra HDMI ports like Samsung.

It's a really nice TV it has a great picture with smooth motion and not choppy. It was easy to set up. I am very pleased with it.The menu controls and the remote control menu is a snap very easy to use.
