The sound quality is good as is the battery life. The buttons are small and a bit cumbersome to manipulate for someone like me with large fingers - it is easy to do if the headset is in-hand rather than around the neck. Overall, I rate it a pretty good device but pricy.

This is my 3rd pair of these headphones and I love the distance I can go in them and the fact that I can go two days and then charge them with the 20 hour battery life. My issue with the product is that the tip that goes in my ear always falls off and gets lost and one or both of the ears eventually go out. But with a warranty I just trade them out so it’s worth it to me

I needed something with a long battery life for listening to music while at work. These stay right in place all day compared to others I've owned that kept falling off my neck. Sound quality is great. They have a great range. I can often leave my phone my kitchen and never drop connection while going anywhere else in my house.

I can listen all day long and have yet to run out of power. My other Bluetooth headphones almost never connect to my iPhone automatically when I turned them on. I would have to turn the Bluetooth off and one in settings each time. Once I pair them these connect to Bluetooth right away without messing with any phone settings every time.

Exactly what I needed. Ear buds are NOT the best for my situation, so there are a great alternative. crisp sound loud enough and battery life is just fine (for what I use em for).

Great headphones, long battery life, sound is great and you can use for cell calls with ease.

Used for work. Battery lasted quite a bit but i wouldn't recommend for long term use as it fell apart after a couple of weeks

bought these for my wife. She immediately like the sound and how loud they can go. Buds can be taken out and just hang inside her shirt. Only bummer is the ear bud covers. Had to get -a lot- of replacements. After 1 month she had only one piece left from all the sizes that came with it. Not a deal breaker, but it's the only thing keeping these from 5 stars

After bouncing back and forth between over the ear cans and minimal buds, the Sony C400 is a great alternative. The bluetooth connectivity gives me freedom, along with long battery life, and I don't have to worry that they are so small I will lose them! The sound is what you would expect from Sony...very crisp and clear.

Excellent sound. A little bulky but stays in place nicely during physical activity.

The battery last forever and I use these daily for 12 hours a day 5 days a week with no issue, and they are comfortable and don't fall off. I have used lots of headphones throughout the years as I work in construction and these have not broken once as for the others i used usually in the first month they break.

These were exactly what I was wanting without costing too much. I use the to watch you tube videos on my iPad. They work great.
